This was a difficult one as most of these characters I haven't come across in my game but am intrigued by some of the names. Who is the Unsavoury Charlatan? And the Freezer Bunny?
The Unsavory Charlatan is an NPC from The Sims 2 that would pickpocket your sims while talking to them. He looks like this:
Basically a funny and dapperly dressed thief. He also had a crush on Mrs. Crumplebottom and would try to romance her whenever she was around.
The Freezer Bunny is a mascot/icon for the Sims like the plumbob and llama are. It's just a pink bunny that appears on some objects, furniture, etc.
