That's what my NVIDIA Control Panel looks like, too. I think it is because the integrated Intel GPU is disabled in my settings, so the NVIDIA GPU is always used.
@Gagea thank you. How do I check if the integrated Intel GPU is disabled in settings? Would that be in the settings of my computer or the NVIDEA control panel settings?
Thanks @afai1261 I actually did send back that laptop for a full refund and got a replacement because the last one, for its specs, had trouble with loading times (both in the sims and just generally). So I’m using a different laptop now. It is loading at the speed it should and the graphics do look good - I just wanted to make sure it’s running on the right GPU.
It should be running on the NVIDIA card as the default if it's not running at, you know, really bad low graphics that you get on integrated cards.
I think when I opened my NVIDIA control panel on my laptop after I got it and installed TS4, the game was already set to use the NVIDIA card. So yours should be running on the right GPU
