I come across this one thing so very often it made me wonder what your Sims do that really grinds your gears?
What I'm talking about here is when your Sim is eating, another Sim wants to go hug it. It's such a pain in a large house too because your eating Sim will stand up and not eat, while the other Sim will walk over there to give the hug and once done your eating Sim will continue to feed. I go nuts over this xD Leave an eating Sim alone!
You're Breathtaking!

I wish that my sims weren't so obsessed by washing their hands all the time. I'm glad they practice good hand hygiene, but this is ridiculous. I also wish that my sims' guests would use the same glass to drink from several times instead of leaving a dozen empty glasses scattered about, especially since you can't drag those over to the sink/washer.
That feature has annoyed me from day one. Why do they have to do all that just to interact with something or someone right in front of them??
"Hello neighbour!"
"Why hello, how are y..."
*neighbour is already sitting at your computer*
That's annoying indeed. It's funny though, my only human sim I have at the moment decorated his bedroom with garlic braids, wreaths etc., and that's also where his computer is. His vampire friend stops by, AGAIN, and goes straight for the computer. He's wining and groaning because of all the garlic around, gets up to vomit now and again, but that doesn't stop him from keep playing. xD

... Taking a nap instead of properly going to bed in the middle of the night.
... Feeling the need to check on the toddler all the time.
... Drinking water from the tap. Seriously, does that even have any benefit at all?
... Their obsession with computers.
... Changing from sad to happy because of a picture on the wall. I have a mod to disable that, hopefully the patch didn't break it.
... Randomly acting like they can't go somewhere when there's nothing and nobody in the way, or taking the longest and most complicated route to get there for no reason.
... Guests cleaning your house. As much as I'd love that in real life, it should be exclusive to sims with the Neat trait, or else why even hire a maid that costs money when you can just invite some neighbours over?
... Flirting with the son-in-law in front of the daughter. Look, if you have to be a frigging succubus preying on cheating husbands half your age, can't you at least be a little more subtle about it?
... Dawdling - OH MY GOD, the dawdling! Vampire comes home from work in the afternoon, I tell him to teleport inside the house right away, but no, he still has a rather lengthy idle animation to finish before he can try to get away from the sun, because, you know, it's only burning his flesh off, what could possibly happen? When you give your sim an order, it should immediately cancel all idle animations.
... Ordering drinks and snacks. Especially annoying when you have a doctor who is supposed to treat a patient, but decides to get a snack from the fridge, and you have to pay for it the moment they think of it, rather than when they're actually getting it. No refund if you cancel the action, either. One time it made me so angry that I let the doctor in question starve to death as punishment.
There's probably more... There's always more! But those are some of the silliest things my sims do without my permission.
Something wicked this way comes!
I don't use MCCC.
Constantly pulling out fresh ingredients from the fridge even though theres no place to cook. Calm down, Jimmy...Give me a moment to clear it up, please!
Standing idle for ages before carrying out an action. It's like they're brain dead.
Musical chairs. SIT. AT. PEACE. PLEASE.
Cancelling queued actions, especially after standing idle for one Sim hour.
"I might go read a book."
*ponders this for an hour*
"I've decided not to."
This just made me laugh out loud xD

Oh yeah, "unbreakable" radios with the lifespan of single sim week.
I also like wandering the hills.
This! It's more common to be just fine than bouncy happy. Plus it's just creepy.
I mean if your needs are satisfied you wouldn't be sitting in your chair grinning because you don't have to pee again for another couple of hours.

Picking up a book, going to sit down to read it, only to immediately stand up again, go back to the bookshelf and put the book away without having read anything.
The overly needy pets fill the action queue at very specific times; when a sim is sat down eating a meal, and when you've finally got them to actually read the book.
Try travelling from your phone to your home lot; it's a lot quicker.
Or, hitting M and travel that way, also instant
