1) Type in the letter p and press tab key. After that press enter. (It's the quickest way)
2) Type in this cheat: You don't need to put on or off after the cheat. Press enter. The first method just fills the cheat box for you.

Some cheats do require expansion packs, @EgonVM
For example: forcetwins requires Open for Business or a later EP.
