I wanted to know for how long will I use my password for Origin, The Sims Forum and EA Official Website before it will the system will inform me to change / create new password?
Hello
You can use your password for as long as you would like to. You are usually not notified to change your pasword unless there has been a security breach.
Further to what Rosemow says. EA have only approached me once over 17/18 years over choosing a new user name and password for Sims and other EA games to include all together. It was when they were making huge changes to their website presence as a whole and everyone was notified. My older names are still listed on my Origin profile connected to old games. My original user name was of 4 letters and 4 numbers so probably spammable.
I wouldn't trust any email asking you to change anything without asking Origin or EA Answers or even this Forum about it first. You can change your password anytime if you are worried about security on your account and turn on two step verification for extra security.
I, myself, change my password regularly as I've noticed that it takes about 6 months or even more for a firm to acknowledge any security breach, even banks.
Useful website to check if your email addresses are safe. (Adobe reader had problems once and I got pwned years ago).
@Simburian I tried logging into this forum and Origin awhile ago and it says password expired and requires to create a new one.

They never expire. I would be leary of such a notice. However, people who never sign out of websites and don't log back on daily, leave themselves open to hacking.
