Ah yes I get those too! It seems that twins in Sims 4 are either identical, or they have the opposing characteristics from their parents. Always good fun to see.

My twins were Moira and Alexa. They drove everyone nuts by switching clothing and pretending to be the other one. Only very observant people had a chance to know which one was which.
I just got lucky. Alexa, Moira, Keira (Moira's daughter) and Aurora (slightly modified NPC) in one place.
@afai1261 I saw them on the vamp thread before but love that you're posting them in here too, they're gorgeous! But I do agree with the name change, I don't feel the current names suit them all too well.

I haven't gotten any new sets of twins (yet. . .) but my toddlers aged up! I think they may be identical or at least very close to it. they've also ended up a good blend of their parents too imo. they're still teens but if their dad's luck is anything to go by, one of them may end up with twins of their own. also @afai1261 your Faust twins are beautiful!
I have an update for the two child twins I posted a while ago. They have finally aged up into teenagers and turned out so pretty, I had to share them!
They're identical, so it would be redundant to post pictures of both of them, as the only difference is their makeup. But I have never had sims this pretty born in-game before. I have saved them to my gallery and plan to update them when Get Famous comes out so I can make them celebrities. If only there was going to be a modeling career. Now I'm curious to see what their brother looks like once he ages up. I wonder if he'll be just as pretty?

Their names are currently Rocio and Addyson, but I'll change them the next time I play
