Still got a few questions left:
- how soon should I have my sim get married? And are there any perks if it's to a random sim, someone else's, or my own?
- any tips on how to choose who to marry my sim to?
Hello
I haven’t got any marrying tips, on who to marry.
Hmm.. I don't see an option to edit/delete my existing post here. Is it not possible? If it is, how?

Hi, what happens when you retire a Sim to the stickers that Sim earned during the week? Do you lose them or are you still rewarded with the fashion gems that you got? If you don’t get them, I’ll wait until I get my rewards. Thanks if anyone knows the answer

Hello
I am not sure what happens. I didn’t want you to think I was ignoring your posts, but I am not sure either.

@rosemow just FYI, I notice that I receive retirement notices somewhat regularly in the game. My sims each have 4 traits each. If I were to guess, it seems like every time I reach a point where I would get a new trait... but I already have four... I am prompted to retire.
Not sure if that is the actual game mechanic, but I've gotten prompted a few times now.

Hello
I am getting repeated prompts to have my sims retire also. I think that it is a part of the game design, and serves as a reminder that there is an option to retire.
sorry guys i didn’t know exactly where to post this! but can anyone tell me where to find these pink trees?? i don’t see them in the outdoor catalog.
Those are Pachira trees that are random rewards from the Haute Tub event going on. Base color is green, but you can also choose pink and purple. There's no pic so I'm guessing, but I've not seen any other colored trees. :)
hi, is anybody know how to get more heirloom ticket beside doing a family action or buying with simcash? I want to buy heirloom but it cost like 40 heirloom ticket, and each family interaction (with the baby&toddler) only give 2 ticket as the reward. Thanks!

Hello
Sometimes if you watch a video, you are given a heirloom ticket. You can also sell heirlooms if you have doubles of them.
Can anyone tell me whether you can choose what your toddlers, children and teens can wear, and hairstyles, etc, if they can't be controlled? My couple are going to have a baby soon now that the hot tub event is nearly finished (and I failed to actually get a hot tub - got all the swimwear and some chairs and a table, but not the one thing I wanted

Hello @MayaRose1138
You can’t choose what your toddler or child wears. There is an option for a random clothing change but there isn’t many options. There isn’t a teen stage.

Wait, there isn't a teen stage??? That seems a bit strange.... that's a bit like sims 4 not originally having toddlers! Why are they missing a whole stage?
Well, at least if I don't like what the kids are wearing, there is some option to change it even if I can't control the outcome.

With the toddler , there is a choice of two options, and with the child there are a few more random choices.

Okay, good to know.
I've seen that the baby/toddler/child days are very short - can you postpone birthdays like you can with retirement?

You can choose when to press on the birthday cake icon that is above their head so that they age up, but you can’t postone birthdays like you can with retirement
And I assume that when there's a birthday cake icon, you can't interact with the children without triggering the birthday? That doesn't seem fair . I love the toddlers and children in sims and want more time with them rather than speed through the age groups.
