Yeah, I like to "collect" scum partners too. I tend to be teamed up a lot with some people, while I've never been scum with some. Rosey has been my scum partner the most, and then Emily. Funnily enough, they tend to mostly play on Ultimate Mafia. Someone who plays both here and on UM would have a higher chance of being Mafia with me.

No. A lot of people don't get rolled scum a lot. Rose is usually not mafia. Charlie too.
