Trench Coats in Sims 4?

Does anyone know where I could find a trench style coat like the one used in the Oracle outfit, that is NOT a .rar file? Or am I missing a way of unlocking the Oracle outfit so that any sim could wear it?

Thank you @Bananas_45, my computer will not unzip .rar files but .zip files are fine.

@Rosemow can you help with this? I thought if you could unzip one file type you could unzip the other?

Hello
You will need to download another zip program to extract files from rar files. Windows doesn't unzip rar files.
7zip is a great free zip program to use to extract items from rar files.
