I have. Asthma, but it was only in response to cat protein, so it's more like cat albumin allergy, with asthma as a symptom, rather than general asthma. So long as I don't live with cats or go to someone's house who has them, I'm fine.

Almost have. I saw the car coming but I still continued walking. Cuz I knew if hesitated or stopped, I would def get knocked down. It past by behind me and I scrapped my palm from trying to stop it.

My lungs start clogging and it gets worse until it's a serious athsma attack, and it's not their dander, but their actual protein molecules, which are small enough to pass through even the best vacuum cleaner filtration, so no amount of cleaning can help. The protein molecules become airborne from their saliva (when they groom themselves) and their excretia and there is no escaping it in an enclosed environment.
I'm glad you can love and be with cats, don't get me wrong. It's just not always a situation a person can tough their way through.

I have. But now I'm allergic to them also (dander this time) and can't tolerate antihistamines that are given for chronic allergies, so avoidance is best.

No...I think body piercings are gross, plus I have metal sensitivities and can't even wear a wristwatch or a wedding ring (had one I could wear, that was 24 k gold, but I managed to lose it down a drain and have never trusted myself again, with something that expensive and so easily lost) so I don't wear jewelry, let alone jewelry that goes through my body.

Me! There are a lot of things I hate about the holidays, but I still try to be as cheerful as I can and bring season's greetings to everyone. I'm not even Christian and I love this season so much.
