It was a 9 month wait! It seems to me like they don't even include children in this restaurant theme and the SP is sooo lame we have o family play! The picture doesn't even have a wow factor.

It was a 9 month wait! It seems to me like they don't even include children in this restaurant theme and the SP is sooo lame we have o family play! The picture doesn't even have a wow factor.
But like I said, all we've seen so far is literally a few seconds. We have no info on these packs or any other packs that might come. It's ridiculous to me that so many people on here make their minds up on something when they know nothing about it.

I think it's because people feel they have been burned so many times, they don't want to go near the fire again.
I expect the objects to be cool and semi-functional, but they will definitely not tie into previous packs (like gtw), nor will they have any kind of depth and consistency. We have no indication that Maxis even try to do those things imho. It is what it is. I don't think people necessarily wants to be negative, they are just very passionate and rather would be surprised and excited, but Maxis isn't helping tbh. I hope we will get alot better quality of content going forward. So lets see.

The trailer mentions GP in the Spring and Sp in the Summer.
May is Spring. The SP probably comes out in June. What I'm scared of is the next EP....we will only get one this year and I hope it's not a disaster...

Its pretty obvious. For weeks I've been saying restaurants are not worth a 9 month wait. For over a year people complain about no family play and here they are giving us children SP so we can pretend we have family play.

I think this is all we're getting today, but I'm sure we'll get to hear more about both packs later on this week.
It's short and vague, so I think it's definitely just a teaser. We may see longer trailers for each pack soon. The translation is something like "New Content Pack Spring 2016... New Accessory Pack Summer 2016... Coming Soon in Sims 4." I'd be surprised if that was all that they're going to say. We'll probably hear more in a few weeks.
