The two storms, Desmond and Eva, were on the 5th and 24th (a smaller one on the 29th), but that's all I could tell you. Smarties disappeared between the two, though, so I'd hazard a guess he's fine, especially if he lives in the south of England. I don't know which part of the UK he's from, though.
