I can't Log In Via My iPad!

When I try and log in on my iPad, basically it doesn't let me.

If I click the 'sign in' button it takes me to a page where it requests I enter a username but the wording suggests that this is for setting up a new account. In fact if I click 'register' instead it takes me to the very same page.

I enter my username anyway and the following screen shows two username options that I can choose from and a text field to enter a new username. The two given usernames for selection are my own and another, which is my own with a random number after it.

Below that is a text field where I am supposed to enter a password. The instruction above is to 'leave blank unless connecting with an existing account.' I choose my username and enter my password.

The following screen gives an error message saying that 'my password appears to have been reset' and that this was 'probably done by an administrator' and that I should 'click here to be emailed a password'. I click the link and it tells me an email has been sent but I never recieve one.

This happened to anyone else? Anyone know whats going on?

Yes I had this problem a long time where I could only log on from my old iPad 2 and not from my iPad Air 2. But it was solved. So now it works again. But I actually think that the problem had something to do with iCloud because it suddenly worked when I disconnected my iPad Air 2 from iCloud. I reconnected it later and it still works.

I am sorry that you are having this issue. You are able to log in to the forums using a different device and using the same username and password?
Try turning off your iPad then putting it back on and trying to log in.
Can you log in to the origin/EA site using your iPad? If you are unable to log in to the ea site using your iPad, but can do it using another device you may need to be in touch with Ea help.

Yeah, I could log in from my PC with the same username/password. (what im using at the moment )

Bit strange. On my iPad, I went to the origin/EA website and logged in, without issue. Came back to the forums and just clicked the 'Sign In' button and it just signed me in. No request for username or anything.

I tried turning off the icloud but that made no difference, initially. Although it was off when the above happened so it could still have had something to do with it.
