    I'm a fan of Lily Allen since 2007 when she recorded Smile in simlish for The Sims 2 Seasons :)

    Now I like some artists like LOLO (she recorded her song for the Ghosts trailer), Oh Honey (from Outdoor Retreat) and Nova Rockafeller (from Luxury Party).

    There is also a group that I like but unfortunately is fictitious :neutral: It's called The Shoaks, their songs are Mayzie Grobe (from TS3 Seasons) and Zolombray (from TS4 Outdoor Retreat). If anyone knows who they are in real life, tell me please :)

      I don't think I would have much respect for any singer who would record their song(s) in simlish.

      There are singers who have recorded their songs for the game and are talented (like Oh Honey, for example) and most are indie artists. I don't see the problem with recording a song for the game, some do it for promo, others for fun.

      Did you know that before promoting TS3 Showtime she recorded Hot N Cold in simlish for TS2 Apartment Life? :)

      I love Big Data, Echosmith, and I believe it was New Politics. I was already fans of them, but it made me happy to have their songs in game. I also like Robert DeLong.

      I haven't ever become an overall fan of an artist because of TS, but I have definitely found songs I hadn't heard and loved. In the Sims 3 Pets for Xbox they had a track Asher Roth - Another One Down, I'd never heard it before (can't find it on iTunes) and I loved it. I actually like the simlish version better, too :D

      Yes! I absoluty love the songs in Sims 4 and lately i've been listeing to Drunk and Incapable by Krishane, I can listen to the Sims 4 music for hours, it's perfect! :blush:

      In Sims 4 in the Alternative selection there is a song called "Up We Go" by Lights (I believe it came with the GTW expansion) I was already a massive fan of hers before and I was super surprised when I heard the song come onto the stereo in game, You should check it out if you havent already :D

      In the Sims 3, Patrick Stump (Lead singer of Fall Out Boy, who was a solo-singer during their break) recording his song "This City" in Simlish for Showtime. I already loved his music before, so I'm not sure if it counts.

      The artist sung with such feeling, though I don't know Simlish but its there o:)

      - Double Vision by 3oh 3 - The Sims 3: Late Night.
      - Bom Bom by Sam and the Womp - The Sims 3: Island Paradise
      - Classic by The Knocks ft. Powers - The Sims 4
      - Whistle While You Work by Katy Tiz - The Sims 4
      - We Are Young by Fun - The Sims 3: University Life

      That's Basically it! I'm excluding Katy Perry and Lilly Allen because I loved them before I heard them on the sims radio!

      Oh yeah. I don't use the in-game radio often, but I was surprised when my sim's roommate used the radio and I heard "This City" and "Pyramid" by Charice.

      I didn't become a fan of anyone, but I liked Datarock's "Fa Fa Fa" in The Sims 2 FreeTime. The accompanying sim music video is awesome.

      I enjoy a lot of the songs on the soundtracks. TS3's soundtrack introduced me to Portugal The Man and I've loved them ever since.

      I also first heard Bastille when TS3's Supernatural EP was released. I bought their album as soon as I could. Laura Palmer is still my absolute favorite song of theirs.

      I've heard rl version of hit & run before the sims 4 was out.

      Hot n Cold from The Sims 2 did it for me - been a fan of Katy Perry ever since.
