* House of Dior - Very nice and rustic modern house with great roofing, awesome fountain in pool, and sleek furnishing with some traditional dashes. Adding to my faves!

Build a Block is a very nice home! It looks very nice how you have used the containers in the build! The different colours of the exterior of the home looks nice. The chequered front pathway gives a nice look to the build and the llama is a great touch at the front entrance. Very nice backyard area! It looks great how you have placed the fencing there. The different areas of the backyard look very great! Nice outdoors dining area for sims to enjoy cooking on the grill and eating their meal at the umbrella covered table in the sunshine. The chequred flooring looks nice there. It looks nice how you have used the hedging to separate off the area. Child sims will have fun playing on the monkey bars. Sims will enjoy growing and harvesting plants in the garden box in the gardening nook area. Nice pool area! The pool alcove is great! It looks great how you have an armchair sitting nook area at the end of the pool! The orange colour of the plant boxes there and the purple colour of the seat looks nice together.Sims will enjoy sitting relaxing on the red sofa listening to music from the radio, enjoying the outdoors air. It looks great how you have created a cubby house for the kids and have the jigsaw flooring as the ground for it! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The colourful walls and furnishings through the rooms of the home look very nice! Very nice staircase alcove tv watching area! The enlarged prnguin tv is cute for sims to sit on the sofa and watch! The elephant picture looks cute on the wall there too! The sims will enjoy dancing to the radio music there. The colourful round floor rugs there and in the other rooms of the home look nice and add nice touches to the rooms. The green and blue colour scheme of the kitchen looks nice. Sims will enjoy the sunshine coming in through the windows whilst sitting at the bar stool counter eating a meal. The colourful furnishings and walls in the bedrooms and bathrooms looks nice. Very nice study and bar room. Sims will enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer and then sit at on the stools at the bar having a drink and chat with another sim. The plant and friit picture are nice touches on the desk table. The row of circular blue rugs creates a very nice look! Sims will have fun playing chess at the table there.
It is a very nice colourful home!

I like your architecture! Great work with container placements and I also like your color scheme. Your landscaping is very adorable too! I like your backyard play area and very nice checkers! And your interior, lovely! I like your use of modern furnishing with a cute color scheme.

It is great that your House of Dior now has a basement! The basement level is very nice! The wooden flooring and walls looks very nice. Very nice games room! It looks nice how you have placed the sofas there. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the seating watching tv or reading a book from the bookshelf. It looks nice how you have placed the lights above the tv, and have double bookshelves on the wall. The ledges look great how you have placed them under the tv. Sims will enjoy dancing to the music from the stereo! They will have fun playing in the games cube or playing card games at the table. The home office is very nice! The alcove with the books and statues in it looks great! It looks nice how you have placed the round floor rugs in the room! It gives a very nice look. Sims will enjoy sitting at the study desk table using the computer. The plant is a nice touch on the desk for sims to see when sitting there. Nice art nook corner. Sims will enjoy painting on the easel there. It looks very nice how you have placed the wall cabinets in the room! The mannequins are nice touches in the room. Very nice gym room! Sims will enjoy using the various fitness equipment there to keep fit. The L shaped patterns on the floor look nice. The shelving in the corner and on the wall look great! The plants are nice touches on the shelves and on the floor in the corner. The combination of the brick and wooden walls gives a very nice look. Sims will enjoy watching tv whilst training. The plants and towels are nice touches on the table under the tv. The shelves and plants in the corner of the gym bathroom looks nice there too.
The basement is very nice.

Your lots are so fun! I love the Sim Plaza, and especially the little music shop & coffee house! The Symposium Furniture store is really great as well, I love the way you’ve set up the distinct display rooms yet everything is still open and spacious.

Your residential lots are lovely as well, and very nicely thought out. I *love* that you found a way to make a washer & dryer (I miss those so much from TS3, oddly enough). Your container challenge home, Build a Block, has such GREAT uses of color! It’s like a piece of living pop art. The color scheme in your House of Dior is my personal favorite - Those are some of my go-to colors in my personal builds, and I adore how you’ve laid everything out.

Meadowlark is a very nice home! Very nice exterior design and layout of the home! The roofing is very nice! The open shutter planter box windows add very nice looks to the home. It looks very nice how you have placed the flowers and plants along the edges of the building. Very nice front porch! The tower on the porch roofing looks great! Nice nook sitting area for sims to enjoy sitting in the outdoors air on the porch. The yellow flowers on the table are a sunny touch there for sims to see. The flowers and water fountain feature in the front courtyard is so very, very pretty! Very nice backyard outdoors living and pool patio! Sims will have fun swimming in the pool, or enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar or enjoysitting relaxing poolside in the sunshine on the armchairs. The rock water fountain feature in the corner nook of the pool looks very nice! Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the back porch BBQ and eating them in the outdoors air at the picnic table. The flowers and tree looks very nice in the corner area of the backyard! Child sims will have fun playing on the monkey bars. Nice gardening nook for sims to enjoy growing plants in the gardening boxes there. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The patterned floor rug in the entry area looks nice. The sunflowers on the side table are nice for sims to enjoy seeing as they enter the home. Very nice living room! It looks nice how you have angled the armchairs either sides of the sofa. Sims will enjoy sitting resting there watching TV and listening to music from the gramophone. It looks great how you placed the cabinet on the wall that the books and gramophone are on! The flowers, books and rabbit are nice touches on the coffee table. The dining room is very nice! The yellow flowers on the table top adds sunniness to the room for sims to enjoy seeing whilst dining. The plates decor is a nice touch on the wall. The floor rug under the table looks nice with the colour of the walls. The yellow colour of the walls through the home looks very nice. It looks very nice how you have taken the picture of the dining room with plates on top of the table. Very nice design of the kitchen! It looks very nice how you have placed the kitchen cabinets! The stove alcove looks great! The mounted fish looks nice on the alcove wall. The island bar stool counter is great! Nice kitchen window alcove. The mugs rack is a great kitchen touch there. The flowers and books on the shelves beside the door are nice touches there too. The pink, blue and white colour schemes of the nurseries are very restful and pretty! The wall paneling looks very nice. Very nice layout and furnishing of the master suite! The white flowers look very nice how you have placed them on the table at the foot of the bed and on the dressers. Sims will enjoy seeing them when coming to bed and also when getting dressed. It is great that you have double dressers, and have placed them either sides of the bedroom. The clothing and vanity table nook is so very nice! It looks great! Very nice bathroom! The window bath tub alcove is very nice! Sims will enjoy relaxing in the tub bathing with the sunshine coming in through the windows. The hanging robe is a nice touch on the wall.

New Executive is a very nice home! Very nice exterior of the home! The slanted roofing and the ledges on the exterior of the home looks very nice. Nice upper balcony for sims to enjoy sitting resting on the seating there, looking out at the views. It looks nice how you have placed the windows in the build. Very nice back patio! The water fountain going into the pool looks very nice! Very nice outdoors kitchen and dining area. Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating them at the outdoors dining table whilst enjoying listening to radio music from the stereo. The plants are a nice touch on the top of the dining table. The garage is great! It looks nice how you have placed the black cabinets and counters there. The enlarged car is great! The furnishing of the interior of the home is very nice. Very nice living room. It looks nice how you have placed the tables together in the middle of the room. Sims will have fun playing chess on the chess table. The white cabinets look nice how you have placed them under the TV. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofas there watching TV. The blue, black and white colour scheme of the kitchen looks nice. It looks nice how you have placed the blinds there. Nice eat in dining area. The patterned floor rug looks nice with the colour of the dining seats. Very nice furnishing and layout of the bedrooms! It looks great how you have placed the double bed under the bunk bed in the teen girls bedroom, and the study desk table looks nice at the foot of the bed. Sims will enjoy sitting at the desk using the computer or having a read of a book. It looks nice how you have placed the cabinets in the teen boys bedroom. The guitars look great on top of the cabinet! They go well with the guitar themed bed. The u shaped study desk table area is very nice! It looks nice that you have placed two bookshelves on the wall.
