Witch’s room and Hallow Slough are a very nice secret magical room and a very nice family home! @Taoron and @Celticgamer0

Castle Inspired Home #2 is a lovely castle home! @Taoron Very great exterior design, the stone wall texture gives a great look and feel to the castle, the double doors entrance to the home is great and the courtyard is very nice! The red flowerbox windows are pretty! Very nice upper patio sitting area! Sims will have very nice views when sitting there. Very lovely furnishing and layout of the interior! The wall paneling in the rooms and the colour schemes are very nice and suit the castle theme very well!

So I made some progress on Mystics Manor today. The two level library has to be my favourite room so far. It's times like these I wish we has ceiling tiles though, the stark white kinda ruins the whole look. I'm really tempted to install my first custom content to make up for it.
The massive stone archway from Get Famous works as an awesome fire surround when sized down.
Upstairs is where the white ceiling really sticks out. Man, it would look such much better in wood! When I have more time and patience I'm hoping to add items into the empty shelves to diversify the bookshelves and stop them looking too samey.
As a side project I've also started on a string of magic shops. From left to right: Sage & Co Apothecary (potions, cauldrons and other magic supplies), The Witches Brew (tea shop) and Inkwell's (books and stationery).
The two levels library is lovely! @PixelNest Very nice wall panelling, warm colour scheme and the sofa seats fireplace sitting and reading area is very nice! Very lovely walls of bookcases!
The exterior designs of the Magic shops look very great! Very nice windows used, the varied wall texture looks great, and very nice roofing!
Phoenix Cottage is a very lovely family home! @luckyheather Very special exterior design, roofing, pretty patterned windows and door, and lovely outdoors areas! Very nice cauldron gazebo! The ballerina is pretty in the water! .Sims will enjoy sitting at the table, or on the stools having a drink from the bar and seeing the bits coming to the seed feeder. Very lovely interiors! The magical themed furnishings are very nice through the home areas! The basement cauldron room is great!

@Taoron The stone pattern you chose looks so good on that big manse, what the Brits refer to as an 'old pile.' Especially in the sunlit shot! All the exterior architectural details are elevating this to the next level. As to the interior, I thought I caught a comment somewhere that you weren't about the decorating but I've never even attempted to furnish something this large. Your skills are def up to the job, it looks great.
@PixelNest just say the words "two-level library" and I'm in. This looks like a room I would never want to leave. And wow, mixing the ROM build items with all the other types of windows really makes those row shops pop!
@luckyheather Went and had a look at all the pics. Everything is just beautiful and I'm fixated on the roof of your cauldron pavilion, what a great geometric pattern. Oh the familiar cabinet! I want! I was wondering if you could put stuff in there. How nice that you found a namesake phoenix painting.
