@Heaveness Wow I don't no what to say, you have spent much time and put much love into this one sweetie and it shows in every corner. Very epic build dear. Thank you for sharing here with the community!
Hello, all! Everyone's creations look so great. I might add some into my game soon.
So I've been on this CAS kick because I want to get better at it and challenge myself to put more effort into my work. I am a huge fan of Rooster Teeth, they're a company that makes a lot of YouTube content. I've seen a few people make some of the main crew in Sims, and I always wanted to try it out. Long story short, I never did a great job, I got frustrated because I just didn't do that great. But, I picked someone who I haven't seen done before and I'm (sorta) impressed with how she turned out.
I chose Caiti Ward. She's a huge contributor to the Austrailian RT fanbase, she's a voice actress and a model.I just think she's so lovely and amazing. She just popped into my mind yesterday and I got straight to work. It took me a few hours to do. I kept switching between game and reference pictures, trying to get every detail as close as I could get them. It's not the best, but like I said, I'm impressed with how much effort I put into her.

It looks so very nice how the ledging, flowers and greenery has been placed on the front exterior wall sections ! Nice art nook on the upper balcony for sims to enjoy painting on the easel and look out at the views. The outdoors dining area in the balcony is nice for sims to,cook meals on the BBQ and eat the food at the dining table in the outdoors air.

Lakeview Library, named for it's situation in Willow Creek overlooking the beautiful lakes, is a modern design covering three floors. Attractive planting at the front to welcome visitors and a garden at the rear for chess, bbq/dining and snacks. Ground floor reception with check in/out desk and reading area, private and group study rooms/meeting room. WCs tucked away on the first floor, around the corner from a quiet reading lounge and the computer suite. Finally, a spacious childrens area on the upper floor sectioned into various areas for computing, reading, creativity, play, activity and storytime

Dear @rosemow you are kindness itself, thank you very much for all your beautiful words and support, wishing you a wonderful week ahead
Hi all, I decided to mess around with creating a community pool on windenburg isle right in the middle so the residents could have a place to get together and play right there.
Turtle Bay Pool Park & Play
Come cool off at the pool and slides or grab some beverages, grill up a snack and then hit the dance floor - however you park & play its sure to be a splash! Its primarily a pool, but also can be a park/bar/nightclub for some flavor and variety. You could even live there if you really wanted your sim to haha. Its got some waterfalls, and a few pools on dif levels. I wanted to give my sims an end of summer party so this seemed like the right place to do it.
Its live on the gallery under my Origin ID Maitulsa
Beech Breeze Pool and Foodies Favourite are very nice builds! MDianaSanders The floral outdoors areas of the home build look so very pretty! Very nice greenhouse! The professional kitchen in the basement is great! I have posted about the builds on your showcase thread.
The design of Turtle Bay Pool Park and Play looks very nice! @Nectere The dome roofed gazebo building looks very great! The pools of water look very nice around the edges of the dance floor! Sims will have fun dancing to the DJ booth music there! Very nice slippery slide area. Sims will have fun using the slide. The outdoors dining area is very nice. Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ then sitting at the tables eating and chatting. The lit white trees look very pretty in the build. The waterfalls look very nice! Nice bar counter nook for sims to enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar. It is nice venue for sims to enjoy visiting and swimming in the water
The design of Turtle Bay Pool Park and Play looks very nice!
Thanks...well shoot I see I forgot to move the bar back under the window...it never fails. *sigh* The foot illumination system kept dropping over in that area for some reason, it wouldnt stay where it was snapping to naturally so I had to remove the foundation numerous times and retrieve the lost illumination lights and try again during the final placement testing. Anyway the sims seem to like the place and it functions well as any of the venues listed, its fun building an outdoor space and I look forward to expanding on this when City/Urban Life comes out

Thank you @rosemow and @BreeMiles for the wonderful feedback on my build. It definitely took me a month to make and it was well worth it. Hopefully people can actually play on it since it does uses a lot of RAM because it is a epic and large build.

The brick texture of the walls and the other wall texture give a nice look to the home. The different levels of the wall separating off the bed area looks great! The large glass windows walls create a very nice light filled home with sunshine coming in though the windows and filling the room. Sims will have great views of the outdoors when inside. Very nice sofa seat reading nook. Sims will enjoy sitting there reading a book from the bookcase with sunshine coming in onto them. The bookshelves look great placed behind the sofa to separate off the area. The yellow colour of the seating looks sunny. Very nice bedroom alcove! The corner nook with the plants, books, and tissues on the shelves looks great! The brown colour of the bedhead wall, the bed colour, and the green picture on the wall complement each other well. I'm travelling at the moment without my Sims-PC. So I'm not able to build until next week
But here is my latest build. I did it for a competition in the german FB Community. It is based on the 5-stars Hotel Villa Cora in Firenze and you can use it as a restaurant for your sims or furnish it, if your sims ever wanted to have their own little castle with park

I've just uploaded a new modern house for nature loving sims. I won a small competition with this one - I'm so proud
