    La Paz - an Adobe style home by Yanti

    Hi guys,

    I always wanted to build an Adobe style home for Lucky Palms world and today I shared 'La Paz'. This home has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, library, laundry area, garage, 3 balconies, swimming pool with outside shower and a barbecue area. I hope you guys like it. All comments, downloads and recommendations are appreciated. Here are some pics:

      La Paz is a very nice home! :) Very nice exterior of it! The type of and how you have placed the windows looks very nice! Great texture that you have used for the exterior. The covered over porches look great. Very nice pool area! Great shape of the pool. Sims will enjoy relaxing poolside on the loungers. It looks nice the type of and how you have placed the plants and rocks in the outdoors areas. It looks nice how you have done the front open gate entrance area. The photos you have taken of your build look so very nice with the Lucky Palms background! Great outdoors area for sims to enjoy cooking on the BBQ and eating outdoors at the picnic table in the sunshine. It looks great how you have done the garage! ,Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! Very nice shades of colours that you have used through the home! The candles ceiling lights that you have used through the rooms looks very nice and suits the type of home. Very nice living room! The sofas that you have placed there are very nice for sims to enjoy sitting and relaxing and watching the tv or reading a book. The seating and the coffee table suit well the theme of the home. Sims will enjoy seeing the flowers and candles on the coffee table whilst sitting there. The type of floor mats look great. The sombrero on the wall is a great touch. It looks nice how you have placed curtains over the doors that lead to the other rooms. The patterning of them looks nice. Great study desk nook area there. The pictures on the walls look nice. The fireplace will keep the sims warm and suits the home well. Nice design of and furnishing of the kitchen! The type of fridge you have used there suits the build. Nice patterning of and type of kitchen curtains. It looks nice how you have placed the display cabinets either side of the windows. The three jars on the counter, the chilli , the candy containers, and the wall shelves are nice kitchen touches. Nice type of kitchen counters that you have used. The gecko on the wall looks great! Very nice dining area! The fruit bowl on the dining table is nice for sims to see when dining there. The pictures that you have placed on the dining walls are nice and calming and create a nice atmosphere when dining there. It looks nice how you have placed the plates and mugs shelves either side of the bookcase., and have placed the nectar racks underneath the shelves. Sims will enjoy having a drink with their meals.Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms. Nice patterns that you have used for the beds. It looks nice how you have placed flowers or candles on the bedside tables. They are nice for sims to see when laying in bed. It looks nice how you have placed the dream catchers and sombreros on the bedroom walls. Very nice dresser vanity tables. Sims will like seeing the vase of flowers and beauty products on the top of the vanity table when they come to get dressed or check their appearance in the mirror. It looks very nice how you have placed the plants and vase s of flowers in the areas of the bedrooms. Nice wall lights that you have used in the bedrooms. Great study room. Sims will enjoy sitting at the desk using the computer. The wall of bookcases looks great! Nice patterning on the floor rug. The plants that you have placed there are nice for sims to see when reading or using the computer there.

      Beautiful. I love, love the earth-tones used throughout. I also love the way you kept the feel of an adobe house, but gave it a slightly modern feel. DRF from me! :mrgreen:

      Beautiful Yanti! You've captured the right style and the right feel for this home perfectly! The furnishings look just perfect- a nice mix of Southwest and reclaimed items. So cozy! big rec from me!

      La Paz is a very beautiful home and perfect for Lucky Palms. I love the style of this build and the furnishings compliment the design so very well :D

      Oh my goodness! another beautiful build Yanti. :D I love the architecture and the beautiful warm colour palette. The landscaping is perfect for the architectural style and who would not want to laze by that pool. :D Rec'd and favored. xox Folly

      Omg Yanti, La Paz looks AMAZING Yanti! I love the architecture of the house and all the beautiful variations of earth tones you've used throughout your interiors, so tasteful and pleasant to look at, wonderful! Big rec from me!!! 8)
