I've asked nearly all Gurus on twitter if Aliens will be in the base game... Not one has written back to me! Somebody asked about ghosts on FB and they did answer them either yet they answered other Simmers questions... My point is they ignore people so its pointless... :roll: I'm not rolling my eyes at you but at them and their rudeness btw

I thought this was already resolved. Grant said that when he saw the word supernatural he was thinking someone was asking if there would be an expansion pack and that he's sorry for the confusion.

The problem after that is that many people have specifically asked him about ghosts after the fact and he has not answered. To me, that means no. Because every time they have not commented about something, they stay quiet first.
And...I'm not a supernatural player, but if ghosts aren't in the game, that is really disappointing. I used to like them in TS2 when they actually haunted the house and scared the bejeezus out of your sims. I never really played with them in TS3. I just had an accidental death and rolled with it and kept the urn at the house. The sim that died had a baby the night before his death. He comes back and has like watched over his daughter. This is not role playing or storytelling, this is actually unscripted gameplay. I sometimes find him standing over his daughter. Weird and creepy, but it adds a nice touch. P.S. I am not controlling him. Don't even know how to do that.
Lol I'm afraid people forget ghosts are also a staple (they are included since TS1). Ghosts not being mentioned, talked about and ignored (see toddlers and pools). Really give me feels there won't even be a creature in this base game.
Grant turning back on his sentence doesn't guarantee the other way around, though.

i personally believe there is a difference between supernaturals and undead but thats just me.
Being a vampire is different then being a witch.
Being a zombie is different then being a fairy.
Sure one could say that a ghost is a supernatural but in all reality,its just undead.
and the undead has been in the game since conception. but not witchs,fairy's,werewolves and things that are more linked to any supernatural reality.
i mean there is a difference between being *dead* and having powers or being of a powerful breed. but thats my opinion.

i said that *it depends on what you see as supernatural* but i also stated what *i* see as supernatural. thank you for posting your vision on what supernatural is and if the game follows tradition with the series,i am willing to bet that the norm will be added as always (ghosts for starters) so that is a good thing for those who deeply want them but im sure the others will come later like from sims 1-3 did.

This was the first day he haunted the house. He went to rock the newly aged tot.
