Nice to see a world which has a bit of everything, having spent the last 5 years building a world by myself including lots and The Sims it would have been nice to have had someone to share it with lol

After you install a world, Press play on your sims 3 game launcher , main menu will load then select which world you wish to play in. When the world loads you pick move family in and choose a lot or house to move in to.

Is the full version available?
Sally is the popular girl and in every social group from university and is now done. She is married now and will be having a baby very soon. I am expecting her to have at least 3 or 4 babies. I want the babies to grow up to have a dream life and the family to live in a dream house. Next is Sally's room mate, Louis (Loo Ease), who is married and currently has one baby but the baby isn't having an awesome life so far. I want Louis to have a dream life with her husband and her ex-boyfriend who helped make the baby then left her. I want the place to have everything and even be beautiful. Right now they live near an ocean with no neighbors around and they have to climb a huge mountain to go get groceries or get a job. It really stinks because the baby is having a life with nature. I guess its cool. Anyways I could use a better place to call home. Would this world be good?

I think it would be a good fit, But only you can decide that!
You should make some sims (residents) and post it onto this forum if you have free time or even make houses :smile: It would be very fun and helpful lol.

This is a custom world and was built for Ashley specific to the way she wanted. the world contains 100 or more mainly EA houses. hope this world works for you!

I love Evermore Falls except just one thing. I want my family to live on a beach away from everyone and maybe a few trees or mountains. Here is a private hill for a house, not to far from the beach.
This lot is at the end of China Island.
This is the cabin area, to be by your self you can bull doze all lots! and place your sims there.
