I am not a very creative builder but give me a good shell to work with and I can have a lot of fun decorating. Remember EA Store Venue #3?
Well I thought the architectural styling was already a perfect fit for Roaring Heights and I was in need of a fun Private Venue for my game. So here is what I did with it. This venue makes heavy use of EA Store content. Specifically, the Las Vegas sets, and some content from the Lucky Simolean Casino.
Hello my fellow simmers Hope everyone is well. Just wanted to stop in and say how wonderful everuone creatons are  Thanks for making this thread AznSensei
I'd like to share a sim with everyone that I redid for Roaring Heights :!: I love Constance Shelly she has a natural beauty and I think she has that Roaring Heights look.

Remake of Seaside Gym. Added items include the Basketball Hoop, ping pong table, bowling alley, the showers, ballet bar, and dance floor from The Skylight Studio. I downsized the bathrooms that took up the entire first floor and added the sauna and massage tables.
I have a little 10x15 consignment store that I made over for Roaring Heights. It's called Capp & Capp Consignment Co. No custom content, no create-a-pattern. Verified with Custard. Please recommend. Thanks!
P.S. please note that the second and third floors are vacant and can be utilized in any manner you so wish. They are accessible via the door on the left. I plan to add a speakeasy to the unused floors. 8)
Classically Cool Car Garage and Showroom (No CC) - 4 station garage for working on cars, showroom and business offices.
I tried to post to exchange, but I got a Failed to Share message after hitting the share button in Edit Town mode. I'm not sure why - there is no CC. If I figure out what is wrong, I will try again to post.
This thread is great! Excellent work everyone, been downloading all of it.
My Roaring heights seems a little underpopulated so share your sims so they can play with me. Ill share my own when i get home from my work christmas party!
I'm working on a salon, but not happy with it yet.
Does anyone know where the "liquid light neon tubes" are? I'm not finding them under lights.
All of these are amazing, but I especially love your showroom, Jeremy!
I found them under the statue icon in the sort by room. Sorry but I don't know the name for the room sorting but it's the top icon on the right screen. I'm re-installing the sims after re-installing windows from scratch, so I can't check out it right now. Eta, I just lost IP until monday so I won't be playing the sims anytime soon. It wants my serial number that they emailed me, even though I bought it off origin it won't let me install. I'm off to download my steam and good old games. At least they don't take games away after I buy from them.
I have a question: where did you get your lovely single door glass panel Art Deco doors? I have looked all over the Store nd I can't find those doors nor the beautiful "legacy" (I have them in French so different names for the sets) art deco windows that appear in your Clover Club and in the high End shop listed earlier.
I'm not a builder and I'm always amazed at the creativity that everyone has. Is it possible for our Sims to live in an apartment over a restaurant or business without using a mod? If so, has anyone built one for Roaring Heights? Can someone send instructions?
I was thinking of building a 1920's-1940's themed resort before RH came out, and when I heard that there actually was a 1920's-1940's themed city coming out, well then I was really happy. Because the thing is, that its kind of like sending your Sims back in time (I know you actually cant do that) but RH comes with all this 1920-1940's architecture and clothing and its like your Sims are actually in that era. Its the same in Dragon Valley, it comes with medieval architecture and clothing, and so you can make your own rags to riches fairy-tale or something like that. Well its pretty much the same in RH, where you can make your own 1920-1940's story with glamorous parties and rollercoasters and such. Of course I prefer Roaring Heights to dragon Valley, I think RH might even become my favourite world so far (personal opinion). But either way, its like sending your sims back in time opposed to sending them forwards in time (which you can actually travel to the future, if you have ITF)
anyway, as always, I always make a floor plan for my builds before I design the exterior of the resort, so theres gonna be a rooftop pool, a lounge and bar, its gonna be close to the boardwalk so whoevers staying at the resort can get easy access to the boardwalk rollercoasters, 2 suites and a room for the kids, a patio and I probably will run out of room by then, technically its only a B&B resort, but theres a lounge and a bar for the visitors who are staying overnight and I think the pools gonna be diamond shaped with fancy tiles and small palm trees with loungers and a bar. I have a feeling the exterior of the building is gonna be pastel blue to match the sea and neon yellow to match the sand, and I might throw in a bit of pink, but Im gonna use mostly pink for the salon im building.

no im afraid you cannot build living quarters over business, ive tried and it dosent work as most buisnesses are rabbit holes, but you can put living quarters over non-rabbithole businesses but it still wont be classified as your home, as to mods, well I don't do mods, they mess up my game and my computer isn't the most capable of electronics.

I don't know if they are the ones you refer to but the Regency Arcade Venue or Store Venue #3 includes a single glass panel art deco door which when placed side by side and reversed creates the effect of a beautiful art deco double door. It also contains art deco windows.

Anyone else just loving this world?
Not as good a builder as others but I built a small resort & port on the tiny island.
I found them under the statue icon in the sort by room. Sorry but I don't know the name for the room sorting but it's the top icon on the right screen.
