I got the notices, but not the gifts! So many weird things broken lately. My Autonoms feeder seems to be broken today as well. The pets won't go near it.

Did you check your Sims' personal inventory, and family inventory? I don't think gifts necessarily appear in the mailbox.

The feeder is another thing entirely. I often have issues getting it to work.

I am grateful that you will take this task on again. You have added so much useful information to the first pages of this thread. You keep making the DD stalking thread better. :D

By the way, I am envious that you can go to London for a weekend getaway.

@Meg - Thanks for the Snowflake Day gift and the kind message.

I am also in Canada. I only seem to get the button when Huggies is the video. I also do not normally see it in Chrome, only Internet Explorer.

Awww. Thanks Tamara. Since there is not much left for me to purchase from the store, I enjoy doing whatever I can to help fellow Simmers get the most for their points.

I thought I would ask you DD stalkers because I know you're all here pretty often. Have you noticed that certain sets on the Sale page are showing up for free? I just get a blue Download button, and I'm assuming it's not CYS related because I don't own anything from one of the sets.

And there was another set that I was looking at from my MMAO and when I clicked on the set it came up free also. Just thought I would ask if I missed some sort of awesome sale or if the site is just glitching. :P

    edit: Spelling

What what what! Who do I have to 'chat up' to get this? I don't seem to hav any free. :(

Sorry Jim, its only for the ladies :lol::lol:

I'm hoping that means you got some free too? It was the Cambodia stuff on the Sale page. I can't have been the only one to get it.

The department store lot is nearly done. Need to add lights still, and finish laying down the sale rugs.

I'll be posting a casual video tomorrow (Monday) evening talking about some of the ITF features that really took this store to the next level. And it does appear that if you have a Sim put non-community items on a lot and then evict the family, the items stay behind, so thankfully there will be stoves and other things that I was afraid would get removed.

Pretty impressive looking shop you have there, Wallin. Looks like I still need to do some shopping before I can take advantage of that one. I never planned on getting ITF, but I seen post of people having fun with that one, so maybe I need to reconsider.

I am jealous on people building and playing, I been too busy with my studies to load up the game for few days. And when I do, it doesnt do much good for me, my poor laptop really struggles with sims, and last two times I have played my current sims family, the game has frozen and I had to exit without saving... hoping it aint problem with my saved file (oh please please dont let it be corrupted).

And back to the topic, sorta... I missed those flowers from Contemporary livingroom, with 72% off, wow, oh man *pouts* I was in my bed, tossing around, trying to sleep... but resisted the temptation to get up and come check the deal.

I often find that older generational families have problems. Generally I find it can be fixed by moving them to a new town and into a (or build a) new house. It may not be ideal, but its a lot better than having to abandon the l'ill cherubs. :)

EDIT - Oh and make a new save from then on... 8)

REALLY hope the store team can influence "whoever" to change this restriction!!!

PS - Wallin, is it too much to hope for that your (incredibly good-looking) Sims have no CC on them?? LOL

I actually do have the families uploaded without any CC already. :D

    Gentleman's Club - Set #1
    Gentleman's Club - Set #2
    Lovely Ladies
    Fairy Royals

Yay!!! **runs off to browse your studio** (I'll be sure to rec!!)

Thanks! To fit within Majix Cove, the lot is an unusual 40x50. Although I didn't actually check where the 40x50 lots in Majix Cove are... hopefully the entrance won't be facing into someone's house.

Edit: Looks like it'll fit in Sun Song Ave 300 or Sunnyside Blvd 500... although I can't tell if the Sun Song lot is right up against the road or not, and the other is on the beach, which seems like someone of a waste for a department store.

And I broke down and bought some SPs :x I know, I know, I was supposed to wait for a sale but I got antsy! I want to start Snowflake Day gifting! Plus I signed up for ebates, which apparently gives cash back and a $10 gift card for shopping on Origin. If only I had known this for BF/CM! Anyway, I'm rambling. I'm off to build now
    Meg,

That's the only reaction I can think of right now. I was just minding my own business this morning, checking my emails and going about my day, and it seems the gifting fairy attacked while I was sleeping!

I love surprising people! Glad I could help.

You really didn't have to gift me anything, but I so appreciate that you thought of me. I'll take it you're liking your set, then?

Umm, YES! And I'll show you what you helped to make happen. My newest build is for a family with a daughter who is a technophobe and anti-future so I used this set for her room. Her favorite color is orange, btw.
