    Lover's Mafia! Mafia Wins (Pg. 19)!

    Mafiaville is stricken with an epidemic! Star-crossed lovers dot the landscape. Even though there is always the possibility that their lover is mafia scum, the thought of losing their true love is too much to bear - without one, the other cannot survive. The mafia, being conniving and witty, have realized that they can use this to their advantage. Can they make love something dirty and twisted to suit their needs? Or will the town prevail and prove that love is pure after all!



    RULES

    1. Most standard mafia rules apply, with the following exceptions:

    2. This game is nightless. This means that mafia do not chose someone to kill overnight. The only way to die in this game is by lynching. Once a player is lynched, the game will automatically roll over into the very next day.

    3. Everyone is assigned a lover. Mafia members are assigned townie lovers, so that townies are never sure exactly who their lovers truly are. Each set of lovers get their own email thread to communicate with during the game. Use these lines of communication wisely!

    4. Like the lovers, the mafia members get an additional email thread to communicate amongst themselves. This is the only way to combine your efforts and try to exert control over the other town members to get a lynch.

    5. This game ends when there are either no mafia left or the mafia are equal to the townspeople.

    6. You are allowed to out your lover.


    ROLE PM's

    Two MAFIA players will receive this email:
    Bah! Love shmove! You are over this wretched infestation that afflicts the rest of Mafiaville. And you are not alone. Along with fellow player XXXXX, you two form the Mafia. You win when you control 50% of the town.

    However, it will not do to at least put a face on, as to not raise suspicions. Your lover is YYYYYY. If YYYYY dies, you die with them.

    You will shortly be sent two separate email threads, one for your lover and one for your mafia buddy. You may communicate with both freely throughout the game, just keep me CC'ed in the email. Try and keep your duplicity and subterfuges separate or you'll expose yourself for the scum that you are!


    Six TOWN players will receive this email:
    How sweet the sound! The smell! The sight! You truly are in love with XXXXX. The very thought of life without XXXX is too much to bear. If the town suspects your lover of being mafia and lynches him/her, you will automatically suicide as well.

    Shortly you will be sent an email communication thread between you and your lover. Use it to learn as much about your lover as you can. Just make sure to keep me CC'd.

      If I disappear, I'm having device issues. My Nexus died and my computer is going to die if I move it slightly since its battery is fried, so...
