Intended to replaced the Moldy Missives Library at 53 Breach Bend, Midnight Hollow, it's now the most sophisticated way to spend an evening dancing and dining.
The library still looks the same on the outside. It's such a gorgeous building, though, so I thought it would make a great ballroom.
Especially now with the amazing grand staircases we can make thanks to the new venue!
Downstairs, enjoy fine dining.
Either help yourself using the banquet tables, or sit down and place an order with one of the servers.
While the upstairs is for drinks and dancing.
There's also a small wedding area upstairs past the ballroom.

This lot is intended to replace "For Lease" at 2 Rojo Road in downtown Midnight Hollow. Originally, it's five separate odd shaped buildings which are empty save for a few shelves and stuff so you can make your own store. I condensed it down to just a couple of buildings and designated the lot as a hangout.
The building on the left is a movie theater.
The building on the right is a pizzeria. I put some decor items in the bakery display so it doesn't look empty, but if you run the store yourself I recommend putting food from the woodfire oven in there. I set the lot menu in my game to serve only Italian food.

The house features a living, dining, and entertaining room, a large kitchen, three double bedrooms, one single bedroom, and a nursery (with a crib and further single bed). It also has the minimum requirements to accommodate a cat (food bowl, scratching post, litter box).
Floor-to-ceiling windows stretch across almost the entire rear of the house, providing beautiful sea views when placed where I have it, at 38 Old Fisherman's Pass in Barnacle Bay. Opposite this room you'll find a WC (not picutured) and a generously sized kitchen, with two stoves, a baker's station, a breakfast table, a third exit to the garden, and a fridge stocked with perfect quality fruit, vegetables and eggs.
The final downstairs rooms are a master bedroom with a double bed and a nursery with a single bed as well as a cot for when the child is a bit older. These rooms are joined by a shared bathroom (not pictured), which features a changing station and potty for baby and a bathtub for mum and dad. The nursery is large enough to accommodate a double bed if you wish to convert it into an adult's bedroom.
The rest of the bedrooms are located upstairs - two doubles for adults and one single decorated for a teen. I only have a picture of the larger double.
