Views of the garden. The harvestables in the small kitchen garden are perfect quality. The doors to the family room are always open, but the fence around the garden keeps random sims from wondering into the house.

Two of the bedrooms have fairy houses. The closets behind archways are to make use of otherwise dead space created by the stairwell, and they are usable.

My questions is since there's a lot of creativity going on w/ houses, sims, furniture, etc., Are we able to sell things and earm sim points or make profit from them? Colour is a one bedroom/ one bathroom bachelorette pad filled with a stylish, modern and colourful yellow/blue and light wood interior and a stunning compact exterior with a rooftop garden, pool area and some tropical flora surrounding the house. It may be small, but this house is packed with all the style and colour a Sim could need!
This is a home & sim built for "Design that Home - Revival", an on-going contest that offers a new contest/challenge every 1 to 2 weeks (depending on the size of the home).
The home is Eco-friendly; an open floor plan, eat-in kitchen, sitting area, laundry area with clothes-line, sitting and bed, closed bath, outdoor eating area, fire pit, a bicycle, and garden,.
Jazz Summer thrives off the land continuing the life style of her parents. Eating only freshly grown produce from the garden, freshly caught fish from the local pond, and bringing home plants and flowers to care for. (eco-friendly, green thumb, vegetarian, gatherer, frugal). Her life's goal is to raise the perfect garden.

Seven floors, six bedrooms (4 doubles, one nursery, one with 2 twin beds), 7 full bath, enormous kitchen/dining/living, huge artist studio, magic room, gaming, gym, sauna, home theater, science study, etc. Beautifully decorated and as for a yard, what are parks for anyway? I didn't placed any spawners in this park. As spawner tend to duplicate themself when placing, rotating or movinge the lot, I decided against it.

Eva's Mini Russian Manor No CC
No CC, no CAP. The lot is smaller (30x20) but the house is not so small... Seven floors, six bedrooms (4 doubles, one nursery, one with 2 twin beds), 7 full bath, enormous kitchen/dining/living, huge artist studio, magic room, gaming, gym, sauna, home theater, science study, etc. Beautifully decorated and as for a yard, what are parks for anyway?
