Hello everyone! I figured I should make a thread for my creations! I built many houses and apartments in the past, however they have all been lost due to me being forced to reinstall. So I'm starting over! So please, if you like my houses, recommend them, and if you're using them, I would love to see them in your games!

Monotone impression is great. Great design of your boathouse! It looks great the colours that you have used , with the black, stone and grey on the exterior and the way you have used the nice shades of colour in the interior. Great balconies to sit out on the seats and enjoy the view of the sea or star gaze using the telescope. Great way you have set up the living area with the sofas and the large screen tv for sims to watch. Nice upstairs kitchen area and counter seats eating.
It is a great boathouse!

Beautiful Builds! Love the Monotone Impression! I love the red(it's my favorite color ) you used in the living room! And that's a beautiful shade of blue for the bedroom! Rec'd both!

Belladonna Flats looks great. Great exterior of it with how you have done the cornices and the colour. The statue looks great. Nice furnishing of the interior.

I really love your boathouse! I'm making one and trying so hard not to use kaching or motherlode in this game, so it is a WIP. How do you save your houses once you've built them? I have a couple in other saved games I would love to reuse or just add in another world. I am new at this...well, since Oct, but have not figured out how to save one I built. It is probably very easy to do, and I have just missed seeing the right button to push.

When you're in edit town mode, you just have to click on a house then there should be a folder icon, if you click on it the house will be saved in your bin

And there will be a warning about interactions, but that's okay, just click yes.

Container living looks great. Great way you have based the design of it around 4 containers. It looks good how you have used the 4 different colours for the exterior of the containers. A great boathouse for sims to live in.

Very modern and I love the way you colored them. It's colorful but not too bright. Interiors are really sophisticated too.

I'm not particularly happy with how it came out; my houses have either a good interior design and a terrible exterior, or a terrible interior and a good exterior.

Beach Life Slice is a great house. Nice exterior design of it. It looks great how you have a pool and loungers for sims to enjoy swimming and relaxing outdoors. It is great the way you have done the different levels of the house and the steps down to the pool area. Great to have the solar panels on the roof.
It is a great beach house!
