While modest, the Santorini family's ambition is what has made this place a success! 2 story building with bell tower and grounds keeper shed, the vineyard and decent parking.

Good job on your MV creations. While I was browsing your studio, I spotted The Lennox House from Sucker Punch you made. My daughter and I love that movie! Excellent job - it looks exactly like it did in the film - you totally nailed it!! :thumbup: I have recommended it 8)

It's another modest, but functional lot as that is my play preference. The elixirs store portion is inspired by the elixirs consignment store from the Supernatural EP. The entire lot is designed according to the local architecture of the Bella Vista-Stratford crossing area of Monte Vista. It contains many objects from both the Supernatural and Ambitions EPs. NO CC. Enjoy.
I've updated the cemetery from Monte Vista to include two greenhouses using the updated roof sections from the Stone's Throw Greenhouse set. I've play-tested it and it seems fine.
So after pouring over all of these amazing pictures I had to tweak my budget and buy this stunning world!! I can't wait to start playing, these pictures has been inspiring!

Inspired by the two films 'Letters to Juliet' and 'When in Rome' [Both in Italy] Letters are left at the Verona lovers courtyard beneath a statue of Juliet and the Trevi Fountain of Love where tourists throw coins wishing for love.

A Simmer in another thread was asking me about Showtime venues. I posted links to several of them in my studio. It got me thinking that my Outer Limits Coffee House would work really well in Monte Vista with a little makeover. I had originally designed it for Lunar Lakes. It has been reborn in a Tuscan style and is now known as the Limiti Esteriore Caffè. It's still free of third-party custom content or Creat-A-Pattern items. Does use a few items from the EA Store. It also uses the door and window set from the Supernatural EP. I hope you like it. Please recommend. Thanks!

It has restrooms, a Late Night bar, dance floor, and games on the second floor.
I made two Big Show venues. They both work but will not be blacked out inside. The first one is Cypress Big Show Venue and it's on a 30x30 lot. because the lot is so small there is no big crowd marker inside. The crowd will be similar to the other venues.
