Description: This is one of the most lavishing Casinos and Live Show venues with Art Deco architecture and decor. This building has a dark history and is built on the blood and money of its victims or more of the victims of the Crime Lord who owns this Casino. Includes theaters and stage, casino floor, lounge and dance floor, pool and leisure floor and VIP floor.
Notes: I used the lot that Good Guys Inc. was on. Inspired by the Palais de la Méditerranée in Nice, France and decor is Bioshock inspired. No CC.
Are there similar threads for other worlds? I DID use the search-function but it failed... -.-
I'd be interested in a collection of houses/lots for dragon valley or sunset valley.
EDIT: sorry, didn't realize you were only looking for two worlds. DV I included already but Sunset Valley doesn't really HAVE a sharing thread for this kind of thing (as far as I know) but there are several SV remakes and save games that people post that include all EP lots if that's what you wanted?

I asked about Sunset Valley because I'm playing there at the moment. But thinking about it... for me it's more about having cool community lots like parks who fit the theme of the town. Sunset Valleys theme seems to be 'boring small town'... so... xDD No point in having more boring lots in the same style.

While I created it for Aurora Skies, I definitely think my Daily Grind Coffee Company would work quite well in Monte Vista. Might want to change the roof to clay tile, though.

Hello! I love all the builds here. Maybe someone can help me, I'm looking for a large house. two adults married, 5 babies and a butler. master suite, butler suite, 5 kids rooms/ 3 boys 1 girl 1 on the way. one story preferred. 3-7 bathrooms? anyone have something close to this let me know please and thank you!
update! she just had her baby turns out it was twins another boy and girl! whoa this is stress full! so now its 6 babies/ 4 boys 2 girls
