u simply demolish it and add another one. If worried it wont be painted the same color, then use "moveObjects on" cheat copy it to the center of the room. Demolish the old. Turn off the cheat "moveObjects off" and place the copied version in its place. Done.

also the tub upstairs wont work unless you use the same cheat and hold down the alt button and shift it back just a bit. Done. The house is awesome!

So yeah I checked this with Delpy's custard and it's showing that it's corrupt. Does anyone else use Custard to check there sims 3 packs. Because it's saying ..Corrupt Dbpf What does that mean?

Do you have the occupied or empty version of the house? I have the empty one and it scanned clean with custard.
