Since we don't know how long, or even if EA can fix the forums, here is our new thread for Simmers of CAW Lane.

Dolldrms Good job, quick work..I can't believe this mess. I was stunned, shocked, etc :O when I saw this mess. I am so glad you posted the two links for Longview and everybody's lots. This all makes me nervous about what will happen when LN comes out. I am still traumatized from the WA mess..all those patches, crashes....Aaaah much jaw clenching and teeth grinding.

My thoughts are on WR and her family, I am praying for her.

I am so hoping they find World Index and those helpful threads for those of you who create worlds. That would be awful to start that all over again.

I did post in the thread yesterday after I came home Rukayla. The doctor basically says I'm doing great, and that for reasons he can not explain my white cell count - after over 4 months of steadily going up is suddenly gone down to nearly 12000. Keep in mind that 10,000 is normal for regular, healthy people. So even though the doc can't explain it, I hope everyone keeps praying and know how much I appreciate it.


In the meantime I had a complete physical, and a good 5 different bloodtests, and a lot of wait time for them to get the results back, which I must say surprised us all that if I had not tested positive in the Fisk smear for CLL luekemia, the doctor said I would have a very clean bill of health and he is mystified why my body has suddenly reversed course all by itself and started destroying the bad white cells with no outside influence, medication or anything. He said there is a very small record of people with this form of leukemia who science cannot determine why suddenly do reverse course like I did - so it is not completely unique and the Cancer community are very interested in how our bodies trigger this response, but if I follow suit to the other such beings like myself, in the coming months he will expect to see almost all traces of this thing to vanish without any medical intervention. So what he wanted me to do was go back to the lab and have another 3 tests that they would be sending me results of from a different lab in about 7-10 days to either confirm or deny the LRG Hospital labs findings, and we will take it from there. He did say that LRG is very thorough and he does not see any different results coming from Dartmouth Labs, but if there is then we will take that road when we get to it. He just said in the meantime to keep doing whatever it is I have been doing because from the tests so far I'm doing something extremely right. Wished I knew what it was for sure because I would definitely can it up and share it with others not having the good results I am having.

Hopefully in a week or so when this comes back I am not tooting my own horn for no good reason. I like being unique right at this moment. The doc said though even if I do prove part of that unique group they will still be keeping a close eye on me and I will need both a physical exam like I had at least twice a year and they will want to monitor my blood about every three months just in case it all turns course, but if I follow in the few others footsteps that have had this happen he actually expects all traces of the disease to vanish.

I guess because I was diagnosed with the disease and it was confirmed in two fisk tests so far, I will still be considered having luekemia and they still want me to wear medical alert necklace or bracelet indicating this fact and I will still be entitled to being on the top lists for flu shots and any other shots or treatments to prevent illnesses should any break out in our country that require vaccinations, because technically this is not a cureable condition. Then he made a sort of doctors joke saying "somebody just forgot to tell that to your brain". hehehe

Anyway I have a theory, and I say to all my friends keep me in your prayers, for what other answer is there?

Also on a good not I feel great today, even with all the poking and proding with the small exception of a pain in my side which started after he poked deeply into my side checking my spleen and liver I believe.


I did give the Sims 3 a couple of mentions, both in the lab and to the doc when he told me to do what ever it was I had been doing, I said I guess the cure is found in playing Sims 3 with a host of great friends.

In the lab I found a fellow simmer as I insisted they just use my left arm for all the bloodwork and had mentioned my problem with my right arm and not being able to use my pc. So they asked did I use the pc for my job, and I said well technically as I am a writer, but I didn't want to be without my sims 3 and CAW lane. And the nexrt thing I know I get into this involved discussion about the Sims with lab tech - a guy no less - who told me he got into the Sims back in college that his entire dorm were obsessed with the little pixels all through Sims 2. But then he confessed once he left college, which was just prior to Sims 3 coming out, he had not tried Sims 3. So ea can thank me for this one, as I told him all about the Sims 3 and the upcoming Late night and each ep so far, and he says he was gong out and buying them as the Sims 3 sounds way more interesting than he thought Sims 2 was, and he loved Sims 2.

Pretty bad when one can't even escape Sims at the hospital. hehehe.

What wonderful news. I am so happy for you. You are a great person anyway, but lets keep praying that not only are you medically unique, but that you remain so. This news really brightens my morning.
I am feeling some relief myself. I had the furnace company come out because my husband and I thought we noticed a very slight gas smell. Sure enough the fitting for the gas line was loose. The service tech caught it right away with the detergent stuff they use. He said when the furnace was installed they hadn't tightened it sufficiantly. [It is just a year or so old, and the smell was just intermittant.] I had always had our old furnace checked every year when I had PG&E light the pilot light, and now that we have the new furnace that does not have the pilot light I guess it is a good idea to continue the annual check up..same with the central air.

Just downloaded Doc Sprocks 2 new worlds and am looking forward to checking them out, and am also waiting for johnny's new world. Yea always fun to play new worlds. Just have to find the time. Am also working on my Twin Skies world..almost done and then I have to put everyone in it. After all the work I hope it plays well. Since I don't know how to use CAW and its terrain tools, it has been one lot at a time, for little forests, small ponds/lakes, fields little hills etc. Gives one a real appreciation for the artists who create such great worlds.

Yeah, it made me feel like I broke it or something. Talk about timing, like a few minutes after I finished posting as soon as we got home from the docs, everything just vanished. And the forum was stating I was looking foir a thread that did not exist. I said, you say what?!? I had just finished posting which was not a real long time after DD had posted to check if I had came back yet. I tried checking most of the night until I finally gave up. I did not want to repost in general or something as they were liable to say i was off topic or something, not knowing what was posted in regard to my appaointment in that particular thread, so I just figured I'd wait to see if DD or DM opened a new one or the old one came back. I did not intend on leaving all you guys hanging, but I had posted and did not know what else to do. I definitely could have not started another thread just about me in CAW. It would have been flagged for sure. EA should really give us a way to send all our friends an occassional private message and no body would be in that kind of situation of not knowing what else to do. I felt awful knowing most of you probably hadn't seen it yet because it vanished so soon after I posted.

I haven't played Longview in a couple days , with my Mother being in town and still remembering me. I have been reading a book by Steven King, called Under the Dome. My cousin's husband was diagnosed with the same disease. He has good days and bad days, I hear. I don't get to see them because they live in another part of the country.

I played CAW Lane awhile last night but I was so busy running from house to house that I forgot to take pics! A whole lot of our babies all aged up to toddlers and I want to try to teach them their skills so my town doesn't wind up with a bunch of grumpy, evil, and couch potato sims. Maybe I should turn aging off for awhile until I make all the rounds!

Now I have seen this when it first started, but was a bit busy to get my sim up. I may not get much time to play myself, but I would like to see what other people do with my sim .

So what do I need to do. Just a simple upload of my avatar (I deleted it after i selected it)?

water_cat, just create a simself, or a sim that you really like and a house for him to live in if you would like to, and upload as a household to the exchange.

Most of the others re-created their own homes in RL I think. I didn't, mine is far too hard to recreate in sims, so I just uploaded a lot I built and liked, for my simself. You don't even have to create a house if you don't want to. Just a sim.

Then just give post a link to the household or sim in your studio so we can download it. No custom content please except from EP's and SP's. I think those are the guidelines that were decided upon. One of the others will correct me if I'm wrong though.

It would be fun to have your sim in CAW Lane

Water_Cat, we would love to have you participate! Pary pretty much gave you the info you need. The only deviation is that in addition to no third party cc, we excluded Fast Lane items from being used as well because some did not have it. Also, no pay store content but freebies are fine.

You can just point us to the sim, if you don't want to do a house. If you do want to do a house as well, please check out my link to the thread they moved to General and read the first post. You really need to have Longview downloaded, if you are going to do a home, so you can pick a lot. The ones already taken are listed in the first post on the other thread. Besides, I hope you will also find some time to play along. It really is a great deal of fun having a world filled with friends

yay! I have a little house I built a while ago. Designed it for graphics class :P Very cosy, just need to find a size (it should really go on any lot but I will find a place in longview...when my game reinstalls and updates properly. Seriously, TS3 has to be reinstalled every other patch because of something. Never needed to do that for any other game.)

I don't have any CC or pay anything the last time I checked due to working on AC (and reinstalling :P) so I should get something up soon. Oh and I still only have WA, don't think I will ever get AMB, but skip to late night when it comes.

While this is sort of aimed to have self sims and facsimile of real homes, that’s not mandatory. You are welcome to pick a sim/sims to represent you and any kind of house. If you already have something in your studio to use, just let me know and point me to what I need to list and your lot selection. For now, just pick one lot to use but since Longiview has a lot of space to fill you may find that additional donations get requested. Don't build at all? If that's the case, stake a claim on a lot already in Longview.

EDIT - I forgot to mention that the police station is not placed in Longview. It goes on 60 Apple in town area. All I did was enter buy/build and choose the SV police station from the community lots, plop a few parking spots and you're done You may, of course, landscape if you want but can take your time deciding what you want to do. The important thing is you will have a working police station.

I also want to add a tip to this first post that Rflong7 gave a few pages into this thread for those that don't want to read the whole thing. Since we have empty community lots that will be great for Late Night, it is best to mark them now as "no visitors." That way the game won't be sending sims to lots with nothing on them and should funnel them to lots we are actively playing.

Way to go WR! Thank you for posting that. You do feel better don't you?! You are back on top of your game, thank goodness.

BTW, WR, did you get to see my post in the thread that is missing about beta testing Kiwi_Tea's new Riverblossom Hills file, I hope. If not, I, of course, expressed my delight over the results of your doctor's appt. and told you about RBH being on MTS. I see he has posted the most recent version here, which I think may end up being the final. So far, I haven't encountered any problems with V9 and have my fingers and toes crossed for him that this will be the final version. I hope you and any others in this thread that have a little time will help test. Need more eyes to help out and can say that I think anyone joining the testing is in for a major treat. Not only is the world well done itself, it contains some of the most interesting sims I've run across.

Looking forward to adding you to the population, water_cat As soon as you post the link, I am so adding you! Just as an aside for you, I love Ambitions. If you ever decide to add it, I think you will be pleased. Late Night, of course, is not to be missed, imho at this point, which is pre-release thinking.

No DD I did not see your post. I had posted and then left the pc to do a few things, plus my son was still here and all. I also mostly sat on the sidelines while my hubby made phone calls to friends and family waiting to hear what the Oncologist said, so it was actually a few hours after I posted before I got back on here. But I did make a point of posting that almost the minute we stepped in the house in case anybody was woindering and worrying. By the time I was actually ready to be on the pc and could sit down here, the forum had gone to Hades in a hand basket.


But on the other hand I already knew Kiwi Tea was working on the World again as I saw a slight reference to it on another forum over at MTS and hunted down that thread. The day he put that first test thread up there I had actually downloaded it, but that was one of the days my hand was messed up and all, so I didn't mention anything in the thread or here. As it ended up I never did install it and it was a good thing because just a day or two later I saw you post there and Dark Mirage too with the problems at the Bistro and graveyard. Kiwi Tea said he would be fixing a new file and so I just deleted the one I had and was waiting. Last night he put up the thread with the new one, so I did download it, but it was just before bedtime for me. I figured I'd give it a good go through this weekend, but did not want to post any intentions just in case something else went weird with me. I absolutely hate making a promise I can't finish, so I figured it was best to just keep quiet about it, and here I sit blabbing the whole thing.

Might I add I got a giddy little giggle just seeing the other one up there, never mind this one and had to download it before I went to bed for sure. I do want to finish going to each house on CAW Lane tonight, which I was working on last night for my back up neighborhood, as I had restarted from scratch with all the sims and the hood a complete back up that my hubby said he will burn onto a disk for me before I get LN just in case patches or the ep turns my sims to mush or just in case any other disaster happens, as CAW Lane and two other hoods that are pretty special to me I sort of worry getting messed up and do not feel safe just having them on my desktop as backups, but I wanted everyone from their beginning but have all the sims in the right jobs with the right skills and a few problem places fixed (Like the trampoline at anyat's house, the missing fridge at Clayworlds and her block bathtub, and things like that I found), so I need to finish doing that tonight, so it is ready for the burn - and then I'll be able to play Kiwi's world with out my mind elsewhere. I'm glad he posted it here, and I do hope a lot of people try it because his work is so darn unique and his sims are fabulous. Stw was good, but I sort of lean toward Kiwi's work as being slightly superior over Stw's even though poor Kiwi probably doesn't think so after the awful way I r e a m e d the poor fellow off back in that old thread.

I do realize that as good as many creators are there are always some that just seem to stand out heads above the others. In my mind - Kiwi is the father of the populated and unique sims, Flong is the creator of world perfection in the fastest time, Pescado is the modder/hacker of all modders, Ehaught is the builder of house builders, with Ruthless KK as the builder of Victorians, etc, etc It's just the way I see them. This does not mean I do not see other wonderful creators in these same fields, I just think the ones I listed have a slight edge over all the rest in that catagory.

So you can believe me when I tell you how very thrilled I was to see Kiwi Tea back at the helm of that ship. And I do appreciate you thinking of me and making sure I was aware of it. It's great to have all you guys that have my back so to speak. I appreciate it more than any of you will ever know.

So SS wrote to me in another thread? I'll have to find it. I do hope she is okay, as I've been a bit worried about both she and Rflong being absent so long. I realize real life does get in the way sometimes, but still I worry if I don't see some of you guys often.

WR - I am glad to see you in better spirits! That just makes my day.


I tested the other version of RBH but this is not a neighborhood I am going to keep as I don't care for a lot of the "unique" Sims that are in that hood. I like my Sims to look like humans. LOL It's just me, but I don't use the weird colors on my skins, I always stick with the shades and colors you would actually see on a human being. Otherwise the world is great though and I enjoyed playing it.

I wish Rflong would come back as well, at least to pop in and say "Hello".

I haven't had a chance to play the game, yesterday we went to see a dear friend in the hospital and then my father called and was having PC problems so I spent the rest of the day over there working on his computer.

SS, if you get over here, as I did not want to post in Aunty's thread, I do hope you know my heart goes out to you and the family losing Grace. I have a Grace (we call her Gracie Allen) also, a lovely tuxedo cate that is silver gray spots on white kitty. She has large gray eyes and is just a joy. She's 13 years old and has 1 daughter (Ditto) that's ten now. I am lucky when it comes to illnesses for my cats, as we have a 24 hour emergency hospital about 25 minutes away, so my cats always can get medical care when it is needed. Most of the time it seems the ones who go there don't come home, as it usually is a bad turn like your Grace had, but on the other hand two did come back and the treatment saved their lives. Granted our oldest only got an extension for about a month, as he was almost 19 years old and they had diagnosed him with a brain tumor, so we knew it was just a matter of time, and then when the end days approached we were able to take him to our vet and be with him as she put him down. The other kitty they saved is doing great and he just turned 10 on the 4th of July. His problem ended up being genetic epilepsy, but you would not know it, as he's just as mischevous as ever. He does take Phenobarbitol twice a day and hasn't had a seizure since that night he had 3 grand mals and would have died had we not gotten him up to the hospital. So I am very grateful to having this kind of place always ready and dependable to help us like we can be helped with human hospitals. Just knoiwing they are are there 7 days a week, 24 hours a day gives me a lot of peace.

Speaking of peace, I am glad you posted, even if the news was sad, as I was worrying about you and picturing paint fumes doing something to you or something. Like I told DD, I get worried when I don't hear from one of my dear friends here for a while. Now if Rflong would just stick her pretty little pink haired head in here and say hi or something I will be thrilled. So Rflong, I'm mentally sending you a message - say something - anything - just say something. Drowssap too disappeared but I can understand why she and Mr. C has been a bit silent with college and all. I am so glad all that kind of thing is far behind me as it does sap both the mind and one's energy, never mind take a big chunk of time out of everyday, as the work does not end when you leave class that day.

DM of course I know has his new game, but he does pop in here and there, so I'm okay with that. As does everyone else - if I don't see them here, I see them at BSI Regina's site.

SS, speaking of prayers, I was wondering if you and your little one could add a Simmer/gamer known as FIRE to your prayers. He posts on Regina's site and I believe is a site founder there as well, but he is now facing a second fight with Lymphoma - the really bad one. He beat it once with only a 1 percent chance to survive, but unfortunately it came back and he needs all the prayers he can get.


As for me I thank everyone for their prayers and for God saying yes. I feel blessed the Lord felt I was deserving a yes for now. I just hope it stays this way. My doctors advice was to keep doing whatever I have been doing as it's working, so I say having my friends prayers and playing Sims seems to be the answer, as I don't do much other than housework and a bit of writing here and there - which to be honest I haven't done really much of at all in the last year or so - well since my eye operations and all. I still have a bit of problem with lighting and the pure whiteness of my word processor program can make my eyes start flashing a weird lightshow of lights. It's getting better, but my eye doctor did tell me it would take about two years for this to finally stop altogether. So I periodically scratch story outlines in notepads the old fashioned way with pen and paper - or at least had been doing so until this "disease" jumped up and bit me. It was sort of hard to concentrate on writing with all that clouding my mind. So I do see a hopefully "non- blinking" light at the end of the tunnel. But anyway, when you find us here on the CAW Lane thread, glad to see you back and very sorry to hear of Grace. I was limiting my Computer time and I knew if I visited I'd hang out all day.

I've been having CAW/Game problems after adding Fast Lane and updating. I hope it's related to my graphics card because I have a bigger chance of fixing that.

Black screens, black objects, random closing in EIG *with CFF*, flat lot views from world view...

I've been working on another island to just mess with CAW again- I can't even print screen of the problem- It just shows a black screen and not the game. :S

So, while I can play in CAW, I can't use EIG.

Hey DM, you must have felt the vibes of me mentioning you and your new game. hehehe. Oh yes, much better spirits. Although I admit I feel a little bit of anxiety, as the other tests the doctor sent away to Dartmouth and Independent Labs do weigh a wee bit on my mine and hopes that they agree with the doctors findings. But I feel it is healthier not to feel totally "safe" until the findings are confirmed, and if they are not, well I won't suddenly get slapped upside the head by them. Coming down from Uforia could be a nasty fall, as it is always easier to just fly higher than it is to fall from too high up. Hopefully that makes sense. Yes/NO? I just call it realistical thinking, but I am not dwelling on it like I was prior to my appointment. My hubby on the other hand is going to fall hard, if it does not result in the same findings, as he refuses to even consider anything different than what the doctor has said. It's one thing to hope for the very best and to pray it is all true, but to go through life in blinders to me is like looking at the world through rose colored glasses. It is odd, as he is always the guy that berrates others to always wait for all the results of an issue before they start their party, while he's doing just the opposite. This is the same guy that demands a gazillion pages of info on proving something others say, keep in mind - the Realist who is not being very realistic in this instance, so i not only hope for my own sake the final conclusion results in agreement with what the doctor has said so far, I also hope for Pete's sake it is so.

But yeah, I am in much better spirits for sure.

I will keep Kiwi Tea's world myself as I like it just for it's differences. it's sort of like having two totally seperate sims games and in my world there's no such thing as too many or too much of Sims. But it is also the way I have formerly played my sims anyway, as I always kept the creature sims together in one world and my human sims together in other worlds and rarely did the two meet. It was sort of like the 3 hoods we first had in Sims 2 - with Pleasantville as all the new, jet age and modern humanoid sims. The town of Veronville was where I put my period sims - still all humanoid with just normal skin colors, and then there was Strangetown with all their males birthing alien babies, and werewolves and vampires roamed the streets, and humans lived in perfect harmony with all creatures, robots, witches - you name it. Of course I had all the other worlds and many worlds I made myself - I had 25 active worlds not counting the EA ones at the time Sims 3 debuted, and played all households and all worlds a sims week at a time. Heck I had 8 of those 5 subject notebooks just for all my sims and info on them all in perfect catagories, so I could just look up a family before playing that sims week and know where I stood. Yes I had a method to my madness.

So I will enjoy my "other" world for sure. I firmly believe my wacky playing style is why I never, ever get even slightly bored with my Sims games. Just like everyone, I do get a bit anxious before a new ep (in particular) comes out, but I don't get bored waiting for the new ep because I already have a lot of uniqueness in my playing games, as each hood is created so differently than the next. I also do not reuse sims, although occassionally my game will copy and use one of my sims I forgot to remove from my library like it did with my last two pirates I made for BB are now a part of CAW Lane, but I needed the extra fellows anyway, so I didn't mind, but it is very rare to see any duplicate families in my worlds. That way I always look forward to going into different world to see what a particular family looks like or what new kids from them are like. Even better is the generations when they start mixing.



I don't mind the mixture of sims in the EA created world, so I will enjoy Bridgeport with it's humans and Vamps for sure, but when I use the abilities I will have with the new ep I will most likely want my Vamps in a more creature type world. Like I think they will work fabulously in Kiwi Teas world too, but not so much on say Caw Lane even though CAW Lane has a couple of colorful Sims, unless someone sees theirselves as a vamp, I would not purposely introduce vamps to my CAW Lane. If they come on their own, then so be it, but I will not purposely add them here, but would add them to Kiwi Teas world.

I like totally diverse worlds I guess, and all the uniqueness to that particular world. I believe it is because of my play style that I for one never could quite get into Stws Exotic world and enjoy it like you guys were. I did play it about a week, but it quickly became an annoyance to me that I can't quite put into words, so I finally just took it out. I did keep the world and save on my desktop folder just in case I decide to try it again, but to be honest, it really did not feel comfortable to me anyway. So I can understand where you are coming from in regards to Kiwi Teas world. That's the beauty of the sims and Simmers, we all have such wonderful diverseness so that as a whole we seem to compliment each other with our unique playstyles.

SS, I am so sorry about your Kitty dying. I have had so many kitties all my life and have had to say good bye so many times I truely understand your grief. Their lives are too short, but they are such a gift of joy for us even when they cause mischief I never consider not having any cats. They enrich our lives and we know our cats have the very best homes we can give them for however long they live.

The thin layer of cheese cloth does help to keep out the cat hair, but it does look a little tacky. I think it also helps to keep the dust from building up too fast. I only need to blow out my computer a few times a year and then it looks like it really doesn't need it. The important thing is our computer tech thinks it is a very good idea. That reminds me I am about due to do thatvery thing. Don't forget to change out the cheese cloth once in a while. They wash up really well in the washer and then I just toss it in the dryer. I have several of the cloths and as soon as i take the dusty one off I put a clean one on right away as I alway have a least one cat watching what I am up to.
It usually is the big orange hairy one, Walidi. He sticks to me like glue. He has severe food allergies and a form of gastro enteritis so once in a while he has to have a cortisone shot. There is no telling how long he will live with this condition, so we just take one day at a time and enjoy his tempermental, loving company.

I'm so happy you are here too. But so sorry for the pc weirdness. But blackness could be the video card, but unfortunately a few other things as well.

I just wonder if it was totally video card if you have had "other" video weirdness like spikes coming outward from pictures or even a bit of scrambling on the screen. Flickering periodically and things like that. As those are all indications of the video sputtering to death.

But blackness can be as simple as a bad cable, even the monitor itself, among other things. If you have a Nvidia card and it's not getting enough power even as possibly the power supply has a problem it may sometimes send up a pop up telling you it is reducing power to save the video card. But to be honest, it is real hard to diagnose without seeing it and checking any error logs or what ever. I do know we've had a few pcs come in here for repairs with a black screen issue and it was simply just one of it's cables went bad, and seems especially pertinent if you have Sata drives as Sata cables can go funky for sure and cause all sorts of havoc. In the cases that came in here every single one was fixed just by new cable, but that does not mean that is your answer, just a possible answer. Have you had any electrical storms in your area or a lot of flunctuating power problems in your house in general as all these kind of things can cause all sorts of thing to go pop in pcs. We got tired of replacing things and finally splurged for top of the line APS backup systems so no power fluctations or electrical surges can bother us anymore. Even if the power goes completely out I can still use my pc safely at least 20-30 minutes with this back up system I have. But power surges prior to this has fried motherboards, video cards, all kinds of cables, power supplies, you name it. So it was worth the investment because all my stuff that's been previously fried was almost always never older than a few months old and then I'd have to rebuy everything all over again.

But anyway, I so do hope you get it all sorted. I have Fast Lane and have not had any problems with it but others have reported problems, so i don't know if that is your demon in the works or like I said something else.

OOOH the new snowy world looks so real. I almost feel like I could walk right off into that world. Just gorgeous and surprisingly not causing me any blinky- blinks at all. I think you have just the right amount of shading as I love it. I expect to see Santa and his reindeers go sliding across my screen any moment now.

I'm so glad you popped in here, along with everyone else so far. I am glad both you and our also formerly absent Summersong, are both well. Just call me mama writing because I worry about all you guys when I don't see you something fierce. Sorry I'm such a pain about it.

Whoa, sunglasses definitely required for the white world, lol! Still, it does look fantastic and I look forward to seeing it when you get some green in there. It sucks that you are having a problem with EIG and hope it is something you can get resolved. Also, a very cool pirate hangout!

@ DM - You'll have to let me know if you are finding the new game buggy. I checked out online reviews last night to see if I thought it would be something my husband would be interested in having. From what I read on several different sites, looks like a little wait might be in order for some of the bugs to be addressed.

As for RBH, just don't play the unique families, lol, or let the lineage die out. There are plenty of more normal type sims, too Playing it made me wish we did have a magician profession. Parsimony Vamp would make a great magician, lol.

@ WR - Looking forward to you joiging the RBH testing. I think Kiwi_Tea will be happy to know that you are giving it another chance:)

Dr, Pepper makes me go grrrrr. I love the soda, but not so much trying to get my stuff. I just spent the last 6 weeks just trying to get that stupid surf buggy thing. They kept trying to givbe me Iron man crap even though my code was clearly on a bottle of soda for the Sims. So I kept arguing with them over it. I did not win, so I left whatever that iron man crap was lost in ***** space and finally got my surf buggy car with a new code that someone gifted me over on the gift thread. If it's that hard to get Dr. P stuff, I'm not sure my nerves can handle yet another go round, as even the gifted one they tried giving me Mass Affects 2 stuff, so I would not click on the claim thingy and simply got a hold of that coordinator lady and told her to fix it. This time she did, and then had me click the claim thing that took me to EA pages to claim which game stuff I wanted. There was other stuff I wanted but not bad enough to go thru that again. But the T-mobilke stuff, that was super easy and thank you for letting us know. Gone to see what's new. BYE.

umm, sorta skipped through, sorry if I missed anything I should have replied to. Just wanting to know any requirements on pricing of houses, or if I can go ahead and give myself some money if I need it. Also if there are any restricted areas (I'm eyeing a place on lava lane), and darn all the lots I was looking at elseware are taken ;P.
