The way to find seeds is to look on the ground anywhere in town. You can find some at Stoney Falls, Central Park, Simhenge as well as others. You can find uncut gems at the abandon mine. I sometimes have my Sim go all over the place looking for seeds and such. The seeds appear either yellow or off white, at least in my game they do.

Did You Know your sim can start earning Lifetime Happyness points the moment he/she is born?

When the Mood Meter (vertical green bar to the left of the moodlets) hits the narrow point it starts to pulsate a little bit.
This indicates Happyness points are being earned.

Thus far I have found 6 different kinds of positive moodlets a baby can have

    1) Well rested : from sleeping all the way to a full bar (+10)
    2) Cuddle Time : from having a teddy bear in inventory while asleep (+20)
    3) Squeaky Clean : from having a diaper change (+10)
    4) Enjoying Music : play a radio near the crib when the baby is awake (+10)

the next 2 require mommies and daddies to have some skills

    5) Cosy Fire : from having a flame fruit in inventory (+5)
    6) Superior Equipment : from being near the fridge you get when you reach the top of the cooking carreer.

I haven't had a fireplace near the crib so maybe that will work.
If anyone knows of any others I would love to know.

Edit: Toddlers get even more options
My youngest child had over 9000 happyness points when she turned into a child.
So I only needed to make a few of her wishes come true before I could turn her bladder to steel.

My sim kid drowned, I don't know if anyone has mentioned this yet, but I didn't know they could drown. I would also really like her to come back but I can't figure out how. A little help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know whether it has been mentioned earlier. George Dean who lives in Riverview has Pyromaniac trait. He can set a fire on nearby object. He also can turn a watermelon into a flame fruit :D

Any of you knows how to get or see the mysterious magician and Mr. Gnome ? I never seen any of them in my game

I enjoy watching the various bushes/flowers/trees rock gently back and forth as if there is a breeze passing by randomly during the day. :D

And at night, the sky moves as well as the moon and stars

Sorry if its been said- I don;t have time to read through.

Unlucky sims that have a premature death are spared! The grim says " You amuse me and those around you" and lets 'em live.

I just figured out that when you play your favorite music you get a moodlet of plus 20, but if it isnt your favorite, you only get 10. Now its annoying to see people complain about it.

A sim with the evil trait can donate to undermine these causes.

Perhaps the quickest way to kill a Sim is have them go swimming, and then get rid of the ladder and build walls all around the edge of the pool. They will drown within a few Sim hours.

Did you know you don't have to tie sims togeather in cas as husband and wife.If you make a male and female and play with generics and make a child and tie one as the mother and the other as the father without tying the father and mother as husband and wife they will be husband and wife when you move them into the neighborhood.

I love the "clean house" option... one of my sims had her baby in the hospital... what a concept!! And even paid for medical advice

Is this just for neat sims? (the clean house option) Where is it?
Yes Its only for neat sims and to youse it just click on the floor and it will pop up. Bu t if theres nothing to clean then it wont show up. It will allow you to only have to click one thing cuse it will clean everything thats dirty like a maid.

You can also find mysterious mr.gnome by fishing in a pond.
Also, when you find a mysterious mr.gnome it is worth 1,000 simoleons but if you keep it in your inventory for a few days, it eventually increases to 1,020 simoleons. After that it goes straight back to 1,000 simoleons though.
