Horses aren't officially confirmed, though it does appear they're likely to be arriving. I'm still going to include them on my list of wants.
Hotels - in several styles. Would love a modern/casino type of look, something rustic (I know we have outdoor retreat already so not exactly like that) and something beachside.
Hobbies - like Freetime with several different paths to follow. Music: giving us more musical instruments: Sculpting: which can include things like pottery, woodworking, metal working, glass blowing: and something else, I'd prefer something fitness related but that's not as likely.
Horses - for pets but also for showings
Medieval themed pack. Though with the castle content likely winning the vote for build buy, and the horses probably coming, I think this is now unlikely, but that doesn't mean I still can't wish for it.
Egyptian themed world, as a non-residential world, pyramids and treasure to explore, and also Mummies!
I'd love some more retro/decades items, even if just decorative. I'll take anything like this for build/buy but am more choosy on CAS items.
Anything that's a similar style to Sims 3 Bayside. Still my favorite theme the series has ever had.
More activities and items for pools. Also things for casinos. But much of this could be included in with a hotel EP.
Since I think something amusement park would not be something we'd get - see the Ferris Wheel as a rabbit hole - and zoos and aquariums are a bit too much of a theme to really represent in the game, I think if we got all of the above I'd be 100% happy.
It's kind of sad that I have to point out that anything I say is only just my opinion and may be a different one from someone else.
Fairies! I want a whole pack with fairies, similar to vampires with a skill tree, a world, unique interactions with other Sims, fancy wings, etc. Fairies are what I miss most from 3.
My wishlist has been filled. 🐎🧡 However I wouldn't say no to additions simmers have put on here as well. Hotels and an upgrade to Outdoor Retreat (swimming in river/lake. Hopefully with hotels could open a proper dude ranch for my urban sims to visit.

I have so many things on my wishlist I don't know where to start,
- Functional motorbikes,cars and boat like steam boats to go up and down the rivers or rowing boats (including careers such as mechanic, racing driver, roles within motorsports and new clothing) - Canes/walking sticks, wheelchairs, zimmer frames (walking aids) - Skateboards/scooters (including skateparks and career paths) helmets and protective padding which we can customise - Prosthetics - Care homes for the elderly - Hotels and motels - Be able to build functioning apartments/ townhouses and trailer parks - More supernatural creatures (wizards/ghouls/pixies) - Add more hidden plots/worlds for our sims to explore! The forgotten Hollow could be so much better with this option - Add different type is push bikes for adults (road/mountain with more colour options) - Hanging chairs (had a golden opportunity with the book nook kit) - Wider skin detail range including but not limited to Vitiligo and give our sims eyelashes and eyes that are two different colours - Career of being in a rock band would be great including playable drums, bass guitar and a larger variety of electric guitars - A school bus that comes and gets the teens when it's time for school and drops them off after - Give sims the ability to play group shorts like soccer, volleyball (beach and indoor) tennis. As well as golf which can act as a hangout activities - Add pigs to the cottage living! You're given us cows, chickens, goats and sheep. - MAKE IT OPEN WORLD like sims 3 :) - Give the sims regional accents depending on the world or have them to pick one up - Can we please stop it with the world looking so american like. - Allowing kids and pets to be fostered - Adding more after school clubs eg, choirs, field hockey etc - You have ice skating rinks so why not add ice hockey? - add doorbells - Aliens to have more customisation options, letting us make them more non human - More clutter aimed at teens and young adults - Add the event of holding a funeral and a wake - Give the sims options to have a home birth/ water birth etc - Improve the retail option we have so we can create different type of stores - Working ATMs and cash registers - Add prams/buggies/pushchairs for the toddlers and babies as well as a walker to help the learn to walk - more toys for babies to play with and more clothing option so far I find them rather limiting - Let us have more career options that we can join our sims alongside - Add more ways to get plasma eg, makin plasma packs from the plasma fruit - let us be able to play as our pets - Have sims that are different heights - Add an airport and travel passes do buses/subways. Drivers license and passports - useable cinema, that you can go inside and buy popcorn etc - soccer pitch, hockey pitch, tennis courts (a leisure center) - add more tattoo option, such as face/neck/hands/fingers/feet including letting us have combinations such has Left arms and Left hard without one disappearing - let our sims explore more of Sixam have an full alien world - More pets, like mice, rats etc -adding more breeds of dogs and add more detail to those already existing - If we have mermaid how about pirates/ sea monsters/ sirens
I have so much more to add but at this point I feel this is already wayyyy too long
I forgot long term relationship bars and an option to invite a whole household over for a visit.
I really, really miss the ability to invite the whole household over. It was so useful and so realistic. What could be more normal than making a new friend at work and then inviting them over for dinner with their spouse or partner? Or making a new friend at school and then inviting them over with their parents to meet your family? Or inviting your future in-laws over for the holidays even if you've only met part of the household?

We already have a city world with apartments. The apartments can be located in San Myshuno,where you can also find an arts center and a couple of karaoke bars.
An expansion pack that aims to more T rated players ( Adult players) that aims to focus more on the mayhem that can happen in the sims. I think the sims 4 could use more quirky dark humor.
And if people didn’t want their game to have more darker aspects they just wouldn’t purchase the expansion pack.
However I think most of us would and it would be considered an essential expansion pack like growing together and seasons are.
I won’t go into much detail over my “mayhem expansion pack idea “I have posted much about my idea for it on the forums here , so I’m sure you can find it if you want.
I’m surprised more people don’t seem interested in this idea on here on the sims 4 forums when I posted it on other forums on other social media sites people love the idea.
But maybe on the sims 4 forums people aren’t as interested in an expansion with more mischief or mayhem, maybe wrong demographic on here I don’t know. To each their own.
But the expansion would focus more on crimes such as burglary and it would add looney tune style fighting tournaments sims could attend or join, it would add a new fighting skill. it would add spray painting or toilet papering another sims home.
It would even add disasteredly weather such as heavy rain storms or tornadoes and even add evil or angry ghosts, and add more ways for sims to die and mischief to the game while adding fears based on sims life stages and their personalities making consequences in their life seem like a bigger deal and have more impact.
All in a looney tune whimsical comedic fashion of course. Not grand theft auto style just what previous sims games have had more of. Hence sims 1 & 2.
Another simple wish I have is sims BIOS. I think it should be a game update and I think it would be a very easy thing to put in the game. Just a space under their simology where we could write their Biography , a lengthy space, about who they are.
Maybe it’s the creative writer in me but Sometimes I create sims and I forget their personal story or why I made them in the first place. that would help remind me of who they are, and make me more likely to go back to playing them.
I really hope to see this implemented in the game. I think it’s a small thing that has a big impact on those of us who like to tell stories with our sims even if it’s based on our own imagination. I think for some of us it’s a personal thing that helps us feel connected to them.

Aside from that, bands might be great, but honestly I'd love a Get Famous refresh that includes bands and a better world.

Houseboat lot doesn't need to move, it could be like the barges in Paris.
