Hi everyone.
I've started the Build Newcrest Legacy Challenge and posted the first chapter. I'm all new to this and I was hoping someone would read it and tell me their opinion.

Btw you should mention that it's a buildnewcrest challenge in the title of your thread. I know many people who are interested in buildnewcrest challenges especially ^^ can you edit as a new member?

Yes, it was Nancy. I like all those premade sims and I'm using MC Command Center mod to progress their stories so that my legacy family can meet their offsprings in the future.

Edited the title of this thread as you suggested. It seems editting isn't locked for me.

@V_isenna Awesome! Yeah I like the premades too ^^ In my own story the wouldn't make much sense but I think once my mini story "Discovery" is completed I'll start a neighbourhood rotation with the premades

The landgraabs are cool but I also want to play the Caliente's and Don Lothario

MCC is a great mod

Looks like your legacy is off to a great start! I love the intricate back story you gave your founder, very thought through! (Also, Alice was awesome!)

Nice choice of partner too, Summer Holiday is a great sim, and makes pretty babies from my experience

Haha that wedding venue seems familiar for sure

I actually won't be introducing it in my story till chapter 4.9 or so lol! Fun fact: it's actually a heavily modified version of the generation 2 Bloomer house

@ThePlumbob You are right, Summer makes really pretty babies. You'll see. :)

Chapter 3 is out and since it's about the wedding, you'll see plenty of your creation. What I love most about it is the fact that townies come and go so apart from invited guests there are always other sims who liven the place up.

The trash lady was really weird walking around like a prima donna with the bag in her hand. Had to take a picture.

And the fish wasn't planned. I was just moving it to different inventory and Summer came by and made that face. :smiley:

@ThePlumbob All the kids are very cute that it is hard to pick a favourite. In the next chapter we'll see more of them.
You can also expect kids from other famous families to show up soon.

Well that's the opposite problem I have, I always have a clear favourite and struggle to treat them equally

No, although I hope it will come to that too some day. I meant the Goth, Landgraab and Caliente. :) I didn't want to lose these great sims for good after they all become elders and die, so I'm progressing their stories as well. Sort of. Just to have their kids running around beside the townies.

How cool that you're incorporating them

I usually do nothing with my premades, so it'll be nice to see them around. Especially the Calientes, I wonder which of them ended up having kids!
