    HELP! CANT INSTALL AT ALL

    Hi, I can click to download and get as far as the product code and then it won't let me click continue, I'm not sure what I can do, can anyone help me??

      So after you've entered your product code the Continue button isn't highlighted? That means that your product code isn't valid. You'll need to contact EA and see if they can give you another one.

      Product codes can be tricky. Sometimes they want spaces or dashes included and sometimes not. Also, maybe you are reading a letter or number incorrectly. Try again?

      My product code just suddenly stopped working. I had to reinstall after installing a new HD into my Mac, used the same code that I've used since I bought the base game in 2009 (and is stored on my Origin account), didn't work. I had to Live Chat them to get another one.
