I just learned of this topic and first of all: I think it's awesome that you do this. I myself have been searching for a modern house with spacious rooms and that is big enough for large families. Which is hard to find, because most modern homes are designed for a few sims. And even more challenging: it also had to have a warm and cozy feeling to it. Most modern homes are sort of 'cold', because of the straight lines and stuff. I adore the houses that are modern, but also have something 'warm' about them. Since I haven't found what I'm looking for yet, I'm going to try my luck here! It would be great if someone can make what I'm looking for. It's a long message, sorry in advance, but that's because I don't have an exact picture of what I'm looking for. That's why I will post links to pictures of what I like. Hopefully it'll give the creators an idea! O and important: I like modern, but I hate futuristic

I like open rooms, so the kitchen for example can be open. There should also be a laundry room, but I don't mind where this is placed.
I'd like a pool area for my simmies: a big lagoon pool, with (in) nature stone 'tiles' (like this: http://www.uniscapeonline.com/_Media/flagstone-patio-fort-myers_med_hr.jpeg), surrounded by greenery and nice rocks, with a hot tub (also the stony type of tub) near the pool and a pool bar. I'd like the sunbathing area with lazy chairs and white umbrella's to be on a wooden platform. I'd like this entire pool area to be subtropical/rustic/nature themed. And atmospheric lighting throughout the garden.
The overall look and feel of the garden should be tropical/nature/rustic. I like the summer vibe, but also lots of green, rocks and nature. A bit like Centerparcs, haha
I'd also like one part of the garden to be decorated for weddings. So a wedding arch, few chairs, etc. I always marry my Sims at home and always in summer and spring, so it can be designed for a nice summer/spring wedding

The overall look and feel of the garden should be tropical/nature/rustic. I like the summer vibe, but also lots of green, rocks and nature. A bit like Centerparcs, haha
I'd also like one part of the garden to be decorated for weddings. So a wedding arch, few chairs, etc. I always marry my Sims at home and always in summer and spring, so it can be designed for a nice summer/spring wedding
