Hi Dippy! I noticed you in the Newest Creations thread and followed immediately. You have wonderful builds. I'm just getting around to checking up on everyone's individual threads now so sorry about that. I'm really looking forward to seeing more of your builds on the Gallery. I think more people should know of you! :)
My God, you're a Machine, woman!! Four new builds??? I love them all but I just about died and went to heaven with Foxtail Pine Chalet. I Love every little inch of this one. Could move in there in a heartbeat. Calabria is awesome too! I especially Adore the way you did the dining area!
Wow! Love your new homes, Dippy. Each of them has its own great character. I see that in Freud, you dominated that orange door. I really like the architecture of Guagin. Foxtail has a beautiful exterior, but I especially love the interiors - that blue bedroom really struck me. Calabria might be my favorite. I love the landscaping and that lovely semi-outdoor dining area. It's definitely a starter I'll use (if I ever get back to actually playing ).

Cranberry Heights
Built as a request this is a large 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom modern legacy home. Two double bedrooms en-suite, two twin rooms en-suite, a nursery, a home gym and plenty of room in the garden for skill objects and perhaps a pool?
Cranberry Heights is a very nice home! Very nice exterior design of the home! The roofing is very nice! The red colour of the exterior looks very nice. It looks very nice how you have done the windows in the home. The curved front porch looks nice, and it looks nice how you have placed hedge fencing on the sides of the build. Very nice outdoors living back patio area! It looks very nice how you have done the diferent areas of it. Sims will enjoy cooking their meals on the bbq there and eating the food at the table in the outdoors air, with the fireplace to keep the sims warm. Very nice sitting areas on the porch for sims to sit and have a chat or a read. The red candles on the fireplace ledge and the sun decor of the wall are nice touches there. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The yellow and black colour scheme of the living room looks very stylish and nice! It looks very nice how you have done the tv alcove there! The shelves look great with the tissue box and frame on them, and the plants look nice on the counter. The tea set is a nice touch on the coffee table. Sims will sitting relaxing on the sofas there watching tv and enjoying listening to music from the grand piano being played. The yellow flowers and side table in the corner of the room is very nice for sims to see when sitting there. The wooden flooring looks nice. Very nice design and furnishing of the kitchen! The purple and white colour scheme of the kitchen looks very nice. It looks very nice how you have placed the kitchen cabinets in the room! The island curved sink and bar stool counter looks very nice how you have created it ! The purple bar stools look nice with the white counter. The fruit bowl in the counter is a nice kitchen touch there, and it looks very nice that you have a tv watching area in the kitchen for sims to enjoy watching tv whilst cooking a meal. The teapots and bottles on the counter below the tv add a great look to the room. Very nice bar area! Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar and a chat. The drinks display cabinets look great there. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! Very nice colours and patterns that you have used for the walls in the bedroooms! The green double bedroom is very nice! Nice alcove counter area there where you have placed the lights either side of the mirror! It looks very nice how you have placed the cabinets there! Nice sofa sitting area in the room for sims to enjoy sitting and resting. The kids bedrooms are very nice! It looks nice how you have placed the animal pictures diagonally on the wall in the orange walled room. It looks very nice how you have done the shelves alcove areas either sides of the window in that room and also in the other single beds room! It looks very nice how you have placed the cabinets on the bedhead wall in the bedroom with the guitar patterned beds! Very nice window curved study desk table area for sims to enjoy using a computer or reading a book there and enjoy the sunlight coming in through the window. Very nice nursery! The drapes look nice on the wall over the cot. The pink and white colour scheme of the master bedroom looks so very nice! The bedroom is very nice! It looks very nice how you have done the curtsins there. Very nice vanity table! The butterflies, leaves and birds pictures on the wall are nice and restful for sims to see when in their bedroom. It looks very nice how you have placed the cabinets to create a bedhead alcove area! Very nice master bathroom! The wall panelling looks very nice and the vanity table alcove there looks very nice too. The layout and furnishing of all the bedrooms looks so very nice! Lots of great details in them and all the rooms of the home!The gym is great! The grey brickwork texture of the walls looks great for a gym and the red colour of the gym equipment looks great with the grey. Sims will enjoy keeping fit using the equipment there. The clothes wall shelves near the front door are nice home touches.

Sims will enjoy having a drink from the bar whilst sitting on the stools there. Very nice window alcove sitting areas! They are nice light filled nook places to enjoy the sunlight coming in whilst sotting there, and watching other sims having fun in the pool. The yellow flowers on the table in the blue sofas sitting nook looks nice and sunny. Very nice outdoors living and pool patio area! Sims will enjoy swimming, relaxing on the seats poolside or having a drink from the bar. It lokks great how you have placed the drinks display cabinets in the bar areas.

Dippy, Cranberry Heights is Fabulous! I Love the architecture and those awesome decks, especially the back one with that cool fireplace. Would love to sit and chill out there for a bit. The texture of the tv wall adds a nice look to the room and the plants on the fireplace ledge shelf there are nice for sims to see whilst sitting there. Very nice furnishing of the kids bedroom and the red and blue colour scheme of the room looks very nice! Great study desk nook area for the sims to enjoy sitting at the table reading a book or using a computer. Very nice furnishing of all of the bedrooms! Nice sitting areas in each of them, and very nice colours that you have used for the walls and furnishings in the bedrooms! It looks very nice how you have done the computer study desk alcove area in the yellow and black bedroom, and very nice tv watching and sitting area in that room. Sims will have fun playing in the game cube there. Sims will have very nice views through the bedroom windows. Nice outdoors patio sitting area off from the upper master suite bedroom. Sims will enjoy watching tv in front of the fireplace there. It is nice how the downstairs master suite leads out to the pool terrace.
