The Pool House is very awesome!
I like that modern feel on your architecture. Landscaping is awesome as well. It is great that you made two pools, indoor and outdoor. Bars in your pool area adds a great touch too. Interior and furnishings look amazing. I like the way on mixing cabinet colors in your kitchen. It is also great that you had a gym and game room in your lot.
Gonna love it.

Pool House looks fantastic Dippy! Beautiful design and I am loving the indoor and outdoor pools! The split leveling work so well with the style of build.
Gosh, I haven't updated my thread in ages, naughty dippy! I will get on with that right away and add all the builds I have shared in the Gallery recently.
Thanks for all the wonderful feedback, I did enjoy building the Pool House. After that I decided to go back to a more Spanish style again as we are pretty limited in Sims 4 at the moment and I am running short on window styles and doors etc.

Large family house with outdoor terraces and a lovely swimming pool. Three good sized bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Currently I am working on rebuilding one of my favourite creations from TS3. I built it for a competition and always loved playing it because it is large, but all on one floor so easy to manage a large family in. It was a very popular lot so I thought I would have a go at recreating it. The garage has been converted to a workshop/man-cave and there is a laundry room in the event that washing machines come back. The hot tub has been replaced with a plunge pool and I have added a tree house in the garden for the kiddies.
Domicella is a very nice home! Very nice exterior of the home and the layout of the build looks very nice! It looks very nice how you have placed the flowers and plants in the outdoors areas. The water fountain and fkowers feature at the front of the home looks very nice. The balconies and the front porchway entrance looks very nice!Very nice outdoors living and pool area! Sims will have fun swimming in the pool, or enjoy relaxing poolside on the sofas in front of the fireplace having a chat. Sims will enjoy cooking on the bbq and eating thrir meals outdoors at the dining table there. It looks great how you have placed the lights on the four corners of the pool. It looks nice how you have done the bar counter nook area on a different level. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink in the sunshine. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The dining room is nice. The plants on the fireplace ledge and the flowers on the table are nice for sims to see whilst dining. The patterned floor rug looks nice with the colour of the dining seats. Nice corner nook armchair sitting area for resting after a meal. The blue and grey colour scheme of the kitchen looks nice, and it looks very nice how you have placed the kitchen cabinets! The bar stool counter is great. The pears picture on the wall is a nice touch. Very nice master bedroom! Very nice layout of the areas of it! The red colour scheme of the room looks very nice. It looks nice how you have a sofas sitting area in the bedroom for sims to enjoy sitting and resting and reading a book from the bookcase , and the corner angled study desk nook looks great! Sims will enjoy sitting at the table using the computer. The wooden flooring looks nice.Very nice upper landing area for sims to enjoy playing the grand piano or have fun playing chess.

Your WIP is looking very nice! It is great that you are creating a sims 4 version of your previous home. The exterior looks very great! The roofing looks very nice, and great texture of the exterior. It looks very nice how you have placed the flowers on the front edges of the home. Very nice back outdoors living deck areas!

Your architecture is gorgeous. I like that Mediterranean feel in your architecture. I also like that mixing part on your exterior wall patterns. Your landscaping looks very stunning too. I like the use of terrain paints as walkways, and even the fountain at the front side too. I also like your backyard area, especially with your pools, nice touch of your pool decal. Your interior part is very awesome as well. I like that color mixing part on your cabinets in your kitchen, with some bluish feel. I also like that greenish feel in your living room. In your master's bedroom (not sure), I also like that darker, yet reddish feel in your furniture. It's also great that you added a gym area in your terrace next to it. And the rest, I like that lighter feel. Overall, I like that mixture of Mediterranean and modern in your lot.

Beautiful as usual Dippy! Domicella is so well decorated and cozy with a gorgeous exterior! You always have the best landscaping and terrain paths, great attention to detail. I also love your WIP, it is stunning! The covered bar area is genious!
Dippy, your homes are all so gorgeous! You seem like you're really enjoying the Sims 4 -- your builds are all so good! The exterior of the Maybeck is looking terrific -- looking forward to seeing the interior! I remember that one well!

Thanks guys and hello Lala, great to see you in here. I am enjoying getting to know Sims 4, it is very different and although the build tools were designed to make things easier, they are rather restrictive so I am trying to come up with new ideas to get the most out of what we have.

The outdoors areas of Maybeck look so very nice! The covered over bar deck in the pool looks very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools there having a drink, whilst other sims having fun swimming in the pool. It looks very nice how you have done the roofing and used the columns there. The white table stools are a nice touch there poolside, and it looks nice how you have placed the plants either side of them. Very nice raised deck outdoors kitchen and dining area! The plants and flowers around the edge of the area looks very nice.

Ok, I think this is now confirmed..... Dippy does not sleep!! LOL She is a fierce building machine! In all seriousness, Dippy your builds are all so stunning! I love how when you use the objects and especially the colors and textures we where given, everything just flows and compliments each other. I always find that is the hardest thing for me when building! I feel as if I am fighting with colors and objects that don't want to cooperate! LOL

Lol! Thanks Tiki, I am afraid that Sims 4 was released at a particularly stressful time for me and I threw myself head first into it as a way of escaping. I do feel short of objects, decor, wall coverings etc too, new build stuff cannot come quickly enough for me so I know what you mean about trying to get things to work together. They styles we have right now are limiting my options so I am trying to work with what we have, which at the moment is Mediterranean/Desert type houses and traditional suburban ones. The back drops are annoying in Sims 4 as we don't have beaches etc and I really want to do some beach houses? I love your latest build Modern Entertainer, I think you are coping just fine with the colours by the way, excellent build (((hugs)))
Marga is a very nice home The colour of the exterior is very nice. It looks very nice how you have placed the flowers, trees and plants through the outdoors areas! It looks great how you have used the terrain paint for the pathways. It is great that you have placed gardening pots through the outdoors for sims to enjoy growing and harvesting plants. Nice backyard area for sims to enjoy cooking on the bbq and eating outdoors in the sunshine at the table there. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The yellow colour of the living and dining room walls looks nice. It looks great how you have placed the sofa seats there. Sims will enjoy sitting there watching tv or reading a book from the wall bookcase shelf. The green plants there and flowers on the dining table are nice touches there for sims to enjoy seeing whilst sitting resting on the seats or dining at the table. The blue and the green colour scheme of the bedrooms looks nice. The pattern that you have used for the walls in the single beds room looks nice. The wooden flooring looks nice. It is nice that the home is based on a real life home in the Phillipines.
