1. Snow Town. Have a new outfit category for winter clothing which sims automatically switch to when visiting/going outside. If sims switch out of it, they get a huge uncomfortable moodlet and a high chance to get sick. 2. Hawaiian-themed town with beach venues. 3. Medieval/Gothic themed town. 4. Atlantis/town underwater. The entire city could be inside giant glass "bubbles" with each neighborhood being connected by glass tunnels. 5. A small village in the woods, with cave venues to explore. 6. A city in the sky hovering above the clouds.
I know two of which I mentioned totally deviate from realism, but I think they'd be really cool.
@Eirhart I like the idea of the snowy town if they decide not to implement seasons. And even if they do implement it, I'd love it as a place with permanent "winter" conditions. It could be set in the mountains and include spots for sleighs and such.
I'd love a snow town where it is actually cold and maybe snows sometimes. I'd also really like it there was another city that is more hustle and bustle like Las Vegas. It would be great if you could actually make an apartment too.

I could see them adding that in a Seasons EP. we have a desert land of Oasis Spring, I don’t see why they can’t add a snowy, cold world
More European-inspired worlds/neighbourhoods.
I'd love a little Swiss-esque world after we get Seasons.
Also something inspired by either the American mid-west or pacific coast.
In the future what kind of towns would you want to see or expect to see based off different places? And what pack would you see it coming with?
A historic English setting for Uni? A rural farm for Seasons?
A Tropical Beach Location like Isla Paradiso or Sunlit Tides.
A Walt Disney Like World
An Alpine Location with snow and winter activities.
I would absolutely love a Mediterranean World.
But not the expected Italian looking one. Something more complex and diverse, I would love if the team could embrace the diversity of the Mediterranean Sea, Northern Africa, Spain, Greece, Turkey, and everything in between.
I want a South Park like town. That'd be cool. Also, have the schools and workplaces actually be a lot! Not one you can visit, but so that the towns actually have a school and a police station etc. Also firefighters. The amount of sims I've lost to fire because of no firefighters is unjustified.
I'd like something tropical where sims could actually swim in the ocean instead of just look at it. Also something a little more urban than San Myshuno.

I wouldn't mind this IF and only IF the other worlds could get seasons. Especially rain. I can't have a single rainy town.
@Magdaleena I like the idea of a Norwegian coastal town too. It could work as a one neighbourhood town, in a game pack. Perhaps even a new vacation location. A good place to introduce B&Bs or hotels.
1. An actual european medieval town set in the medieval times because Windenburg doesn't count
2. A traditional East Asian inspired world, preferably medieval to Edo Japan
3. A tropical world with beaches
4. A cold climate world inspired by Scandinavian countries and Norway's beautiful fjords
5. A Mediterranean world
6. An underwater world to play mermaid life and for regular sims to visit and explore
7. A gritty town (or at least neighborhood) so I can play homeless sims
8. A post-apocalyptic world
For a university type pack I would love to see some sort of downtown packed world, the universities around where I live are right by, if not directly inside, the downtown area of the city, making travelling to the local convenient store, library, fast food restaurant, etc. a breeze. The area is always bustling with students and people trying to get to work. So kind of like the Spice Market in San Myshuno, but expanded.

I created a thread a long time ago with an idea for a Stuff Pack inspired by this. It's full of pictures and ideas, you can have a look here:

It would be so fantastic!
All my creations are CC free.
That is a good idea.
A different city, with a bit of a different look.
Maybe with some rowhouses as apartments
I don't know if you used that image deliberately but it instantly reminded me of this concept art from back before the game released.
I want THAT as another city, with apartments!

Also, more fantasy-like towns. Or sci-fi; alien, futuristic. Sixam, except you can actually live there. Underwater worlds. Yes.

I would pay so much for that
