Smucky Toodlesfleever and Rosemary Pipkin moved out of 19 Culpepper a while back. Sidney and his sister Marriyan moved in. Before they moved, however, I Bulldozed the Lot and started from scratch.
So, I build the apartment, they move in, and the neighbors come by. Everyone is chatting, Marriyan makes franks and beans, and they're having a grand time.

He cleaned the entire disgusting apartment. He deserves to eat his food anywhere he wants while doing whatever he wants. LOL (This cracked me up, though, when I found him this way).
Only one overly dressed sim seemed to be interested in what Amanda had to say. LOL
I decided with barely a month to go it was time to imagine up a disco for my sims to spend New Year's Eve in. Last year, of course, it was Simdio 54 in Windenberg but this year it's Church Windows in San Myshuno. It's inside a long disused church that made it's way unto a historical register saving it from demolition.
The exterior is completely rehabbed and kept, as much as possible, true to the original 1880s structure (excepting certain changes through the decades) due to local building restrictions set on the building in the late 1990s. The back of the building overlooking the water was blown out in the early 1930s when the church, out of favor and neglected even then, was used as a Speak Easy (rumor is a "whiskey still" exploded, taking the wall with it). The back wall was re-built in glass during the church's second turn as a night spot during the 1970s.
It's a re-imagine of a club I had built in Roaring Heights- I created the owner from the Sims 3 as well and you can see him dancing in a few shots.
I was so exited about the opportunity to have a flea market. I started by putting all the sims collectables in her inventory. Then I placed a sales stall in the park nearby. She placed the collectables and shoutes at everybody, but nothing was sold.
Then I made her change location to the flea market in San Myshuno, and she sold a bunch, also to the nice guy - - -
Who immediately was selling them to other sims at a higher price!! Smart sims? OH YEAH!
Meet newlyweds Chris and Claire Moon! Claire and Chris tied the knot at the romance festival this evening. It was unexpectedly wonderful, Chris swept Claire off her feet she has never met anyone like him. Sparks flew from the moment they met. Their both ready to start a long wonderful life together. They hope to have many children, Claire comes from a large family legacy.

They are so cute together
So Lissa and Tyler went to Alien Night and met a few aliens and had a blast, but I'm afraid I don't have any pictures mostly because I forgot to take them...But the next night they went to ghost night and made some new colourful friends.
Oh, Lissa and Tyler are both aliens, Lissa just forgot to change back after alien night.

The next night was the spice festival and Lissa decided to try some new food, looks like shes enjoying it.

I renovated the Stargazer Lounge and turned it into a restaurant! It has a very flirty, romantic vibe to it, but I have all of my sims come here for various reasons!

I haven't posted in awhile but I finally got CL and I'm really enjoying it!
I felt like posting some screenshots of my sim and the townie she fell in love with, they just got married at the romance festival! I love the Wedding Arch there! ^_^
-and here is a few selfies of the two of them together
I love putting windows inside my apartments, I think it spreads the light better. and I like the huge windows. not really a good view for the kids, but when the parents have made breakfast the toddler nearer the kitchen reaches out from her bed and grabs a plate, never getting of her bed, lol
they really do like this little bedroom
Delilah Grimloch's first impression of the big city? It seems to be awe! She spent a lot of time looking up and I must say, it was very charming. I guess learning to look up will be a big part of transitioning into City Living!
It didn't take long to find other young sims. Their cause seemed legitimate, so Delilah took up with them and carried her sign with pride. But something seemed sort of ... not right. Was it her hair? Her make-up? Was she chanting too loud?
It wasn't until much later, after some drinks and a full night of karaoke, that she finally realized what had set her apart. But even with her simple dress and mild manners she managed to meet lots of new people. And everyone had been so nice!
Her new friends assured her she'd fit in just fine. After a few days she would find her city style. And they were right! Delilah has a new image to fit her new life in the big city. And she's got some fantastic memories, already. Nightlife, here she comes!
