    Hello, I am Sheepleat (I really wish I could change my Display Name, 'cause I haven't gone by Mishare for like, 5 years or so :p )
    Anyway, when I first started playing the Sims with Sims 1, my houses were square boxes, and no landscaping was ever done.
    Then, with The Sims 2, I got a little more into creating something that also looks nice. And with the help of MikeInside http://mikeinside.modthesims2.com/tutorials.html I managed to make this a little better.
    I continued practicing through Sims 3, and now, I feel like I am ready to show off my builds.

    Most of my builds in Sims 4 are based of floorplans I found online. So, I do not take credit for that. However, using these floorplans really opened up a world to me, and I am learning so much from them. I ofcorse also have houses that I created fully myself, but you'll see that in the post itself.

    Also, I will not often post screenshots of the childerens bedrooms, because I always make basic ones.

      Medium sized, 3 bedroom, family home. Ensuite and walk-in wardrobe included with the master bedroom. Small office space. Unfurnished rumpus room. Open plan kitchen/dining/living and a seperate lounge. Spacious backyard with patio and barbeque, firepit and swimming pool.

      Small 3 bedroom home. Step into the spacious hall which curves around into the living room. Go through the hall, where you'll find the bedrooms on your right, leading into the open plan kitchen/dining. With large glass doors leading out onto a small, cozy patio with seating and barbeque.

      Designed fully by me, challenged myself to make a under 10k starter. Also became my most populair build quickly.

      Could not make beautiful in-house shots because the rooms are too small to make nice shots.

      It is great that you have set up a showcase thread for your builds! Each of the homes are very nice! Very nice design of the exteriors of them, and the furnishing and layout of the interiors look very nice! It is great that you have designed starter homes that are under 10 k! They are very nice starter homes! I have been enjoying looking at your pictures of the homes. Each of the homes have their own special and nice features in them. Very nice design of the kitchens in each of the homes! The scullery in Corsica looks very great!

      yea I been really trying to make some more starter homes, 'cause those other houses are great, but quite hard to get without cheating :p

On the other end you will find the spacious master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe and a small seating area with fireplace, for those evenings when the childeren are in bed and you can finally relax. An office space is included. Large backyard with sauna, swimming pool and playground.

      Each of your latest homes that you have posted look very nice as well! :) Very nice exterior designs of them! The layout and furnishing of the interior of the homes look very nice! It is a nice variety of homes to suit different types of sims household and the number of sims in the household. Very nice outdoors and patio areas in the Kent build!

      This is one of my experimental homes. Really tried to experiment with shapes and design. Tried to bring nature inside through the centered garden.

      Beautiful #family home with 3 bedrooms. A ensuite for the master bedroom. Lounge/kitchen/dining/office are centered around a beautiful closed garden. In the basement you will find a spa, indoor pool, gym and game room.

      Great builds! :) I like how each and every of your houses look consistent and clean! Almost looks like what real houses would have in their magazine minus the editing and lightning of course haha ;) You should drop a Gallery link when you get the chance~ So I can drop by a give a fav andor DL.

      Wellington is a very nice home! :) Very nice design and layout of the home! The roof covered front entrance area looks great! It looks very nice how the windows have been used in the build, creating a nice light filled home for sims to enjoy looking out through the windows at the outdoors whilst inside. The natural water around the front edges of the home looks very nice! Very nice outdoors areas! Very nice pool patio! The outdoors living sofa and armchairs seats sitting area there is very nice.! Sims will enjoy chatting there in the sunshine or have fun diving into the pool.Nice firepit area for sims to enjoy sitting around the fire on the log seats toasting food and keeping warm. The outdoors dining pergola looks great! The sunken garden area is very nice! Very nice furnishing and layout of the interior of the home! The loft areas look great! Sims will enjoy looking down and seeing what is happening on the lower floor. Very nice windows music nook! Sims will enjoy playing the piano there with sunshine coming in onto them through the windows. The sunflowers look sunny on top of the piano and the orange floor rug complements with the white piano. The movie watching area is very nice ! It looks nice how the sofas are angled there. Sims will enjoy resting there watching tv programs or movies on the screen. The movie posters look great on the walls! Very nice plan layout of the kitchen and dining areas. The angled bar stool counter looks great in the kitchen! The green and black patterned floor rug under the dining table adds a nice look to the area. The yellow colour of the dining seats and the stools adds nice touches of colour in the room areas. The fruit bowl, utensils, bottles and cake display items are nice kitchen touches on the counters and wall. Very nice window art nook and games area. Sims will enjoy looking out through the windows at the outdoors views whilst painting on the easel or have fun playing chess at the chess table. Very nice armchairs fireplace sitting area. Sims will enjoy chatting there in front of the fire. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! The pink colour scheme of the girls bedroom looks pretty! The wall paneling looks nice, and the pink flowers are pretty for Sims to see when laying in bed. Nice study desk nooks in the kids rooms for sims to enjoy sitting at the desk tables using the computers.
      The home is very nice! :)

      @rcone Uhm, its basicly 2 basement rooms and you select the room you want to be open, then go up a floor. The outline of that basement floor you selected will become yellow, you can then left click on it and select, remove floor. I didn't know before either, so I wanted to play around with it right away :D

      @rosemow Thank you so much! Yea I really love the big windows, you'll find them in most of my builds :tongue: And now that I figured out how to remove the ground floor, I'm definetly going to play around with that some more. I think my favorite area of the house is the piano corner. It looks so beautiful with the water behind it, and the sunset rug <3

      @Heaveness I've send you a gallery link ^_^ I think I'll go back through my posts and add links to all of my houses.
      When I make a house, I do try to imagine what it would be like to live there. So I make sure that that are connected, are placed close to each other. Such as kitchen and dining. I have seen houses where these two are rooms apart, Id hate to live in such a house personally.
      And I LOVE seperate toilets. I just think about how, if you have a toilet in your bathroom, and someone just went for nr2, and then you go in to do your make up or something? No... just no. So seperate toilets all the way for me.

      @katgirl Hi, I'm sorry you can't see the pictures :( I indeed make Sims 4 houses, I will soon add gallery links for all the houses.
