I'm playing Sims since first series and from the beginning I love building and furnishing. It's relaxes me and give a lot of fun.

Elite Villa is a very nice home! The exterior design and layout of the home is very nice! Very nice roofing! The front area of the build is so very nice! Very nice outdoors areas! It looks very nice how you have placed the plants and rocks, and the water fountain features are very nice! Very nice raised pool! The ground lights around the pool look nice. The outdoors kitchen and dining alcove is very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting outdoors in the air having a meal that they have cooked on the bbq. The trellis roofing looks nice. The outdoors living and bar area is very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting on the arnchairs in front of the fireplace having a chat, or enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar. The patios and balconies in the build are very nice! Sims will enjoy spending time outdoors at their home. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! Very nice design of the kitchen! It looks nice how you have placed the cabinets and used the mirrors. The island bar stool counter is great. The fruit bowl is a nice kitchen item on the counter. Very nice dining room! It looks very nice how you have done the floor patterning under the dining table! The bookcases look nice how you have placed them either sides of the side wall table. Sims will enjoy watching tv whilst dining. The living room is very nice! It looks great how you have used the pillsrs to create a tv alcove. The type of seating that you have used is nice. Very nice music nook. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the seats listening to the music from the grand piano being played. The furnishing of the art and study room is very nice! The flooring pattern is nice. Nice study desk corner nook for sims to enjoy sitting at the desk using the computer or having a read of a book. They will enjoy painting on the easel. It looks very nice how you have done the area on the side wall where you have placed the plants on the shelf ! Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofa with the sunshine coming in through the windows. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! Nice textures of the walls. The sitting and study areas in them are very nice. The bathrooms are very nice! Nice sink alcove in the brown wall tiling bathroom. It looks great how you have placed the shelves and lights there. The stone texture of the bathroom which has the blue colour scheme looks nice.
The home is very nice, both the furnishing of the interior and very nice outdoors areas!

Hello, Kami! I have to write here although I don't have time and I should have go out :) Like Ela - I'm speechless! I liked Skylight a lot but this house is amazing for me. All: the shape, roofs, outdoor, interiors... Just everything! If I have to choose one best thing - the green office! I love it! And outdoor is outstanding! Bravo! Big hugs and kisses! <3

I like your architectural part, so stylish and great work with the roofing. Clever MOO stacking of columns by the way. Your landscaping is very amazing too! Adorable garden are at the front and even your fountain area, even in your front outdoor dining. And your interior, sleek! I like your use of color scheme.
I love it! I'm not sure if I already added this to my faves, but if not, I'm adding this to my faves.

Victorian Dreams is such a very nice home! The exterior design and the roofing is so very nice! The rooftop tower and the dormers are very nice! Nice texture of the exterior of the home. The porches are very nice! It looks very nice how you have used the spandrels! The chimneys look nice on the roof. Very nice curved roofing entrance to the home. It looks very nice how you have placed the flowers and plants through the outdoors areas! The pedestal flowers look pretty at the front open gate area of the build. It looks nice how you have done the front steps to the front porch. Very nice layout of the build! The outdoors areas are very nice! Very nice gazebo! The design and roofing on the gazebo is nice! Sims will enjoy sitting at the table there enjoying the sunshine. The water fountain and the flowers are nice for sims to see whilst sitting in the gazebo or sitting resting on the seat bench . The outdoors paving is nice. It looks very nice how you have placed the water fountain features either sides of the porch steps. Very nice corner pool area! The fish water fountains and the ballerina girl statues look very nice there! The shape of the pool is nice. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The living room is very nice! It looks very nice how you have done the fireplace wall! It looks great that you have placed a tv on the wall. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofa and armchairs watching tv and warming up in front of the fire. The wall paneling is nice, and nice patterned flooring under the fireplace. The flowers on the coffee table are nice for sims to see whilst sitting there. Very nice design of the kitchen. The curtains that you have used there looks nice. It looks very nice how you have used the spandrels for the entrance to the kitchen. Very nice music room! It looks very nice the type of and how you have placed the curtains there. The lavender colour of the curtains looks nice with the white colour of the walls. Sims will enjoy sitting on the armchaits listening to the music from the piano being played. The enlarged picture on the wall is nice for sims to see whilst sitting there. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! The colour schemes of the rooms are nice. The colours of the bedroom walls are nice. Nice sitting areas in the bedrooms.
It is a very nice home! The exterior design of the home, the outdoors areas and the furnishing of the interior of the home all are very nice!

Beautiful build! I haven't played around with the MOO cheat but I can definitely see the advantage of using it. Do MOO builds work normally like other builds when downloaded? Or does the person have to have to MOO cheat active on each playthrough?

Wonderful house my Maestro ♥ Like always. I just have watched it and go to cry, that I never will be as good as you are. Especially in roofs where your skills are best visible. Besides, everything in this house is perfect from the housetops to the interior ♥
