Thank you to everyone who participated in our Mobile Home Design Challenge (@texansky, @Idahogal65, @fatness1974, and @ciane). And CONGRATULATIONS to all the winners!! All of the entries were so cute and so different from one another - great work! The top 3 winners in each category will be placed in the final world save and will be included in our video walk through. (Poll results are posted in the spoiler.)
If you're hungry for seafood, then this is the place to eat where you can experience all of our delicious shellfish creations. You can grab a quick bite at our front counter or have a seat in the dining room and order off our chef's menu. While dining, feast your eyes on our giant aquarium, the ocean wall mural and the fabulous views from inside the restaurant and outdoors on our two patio decks. There is also a professional bar in the dining room and a koi pond out front. No CC or CAP and all plumbing is upgraded.

Java hut and bakery for those sims craving a little taste of bitter and sweet. I had a problem because somehow, I had a CC pattern show up and it took me a while to find it. Really hard going from 2 different computers. I may need to bother my Sweet IT man(hubby) to fix it, so I have custard on both. It has mostly uni stuff and of course the bakery set. my test sim liked it. Bathroom is underneath and shared. Hope you all like it.

Hi, regarding the large park I'm working on, are there any lots dedicated to the fairy arboretum and Vault of Antiquity rabbitholes? I was thinking of incorporating them, but I won't if they have other lots dedicated to them.
@Sandraelle what is the best lot designator for the crab spot so it works as you planned? Right now, I just have it as a visitor allowed and I feel like that is wrong. never played with the bistro set...I just wanted the kitchen. Now I wish I would have purchased the gondola set forever ago. lol

@fatness1974, Yes, you can just set it to Visitors Allowed. With the Business As Usual industrial oven, you can set your menu, your food quality, your chef type and hire a chef, etc. My menu mainly consisted of all seafood type stuff, but I don't think my settings will transfer with the lot, so you can set that all up yourself. If your sim sits at a table with a menu, the chef will come out, take your order, cook it and then bring it to you on a silver domed platter. I left some outdoor tables without menus so anyone who orders from the food register can sit out there, because I don't think they can sit at a table if all the menus are set there. Hope this helps.

The Vault of Antiquity hasn't been assigned to any lot @IdahoGal65 . The fairy arboretum was flagged for the wedding venue, however may or may not be included. Frankly I don’t think it really matters if there’s more than one lot with them so bottom line I think just go with what you want to include in your park. 😊

@fatness1974 , I just placed your java hut/bakery lot and it looks really good. Love the little kitchen area of the bakery and I like that you used the counters from the Storybook set - perfect choice! And I like that there's also a lounge area in the coffee house part.
@soocoolsim I would like to claim C32 / 40 x 30 / Residential / 32 Halibut Road. I am WIP a big colonial.😁 I would also like to claim C48 / 60 x 20 / Community (Nectary w/community garden) / 48 Flounder Way Because it scares me more than any of the other lots. I do have a question... can we use cheats to make a community garden? If not, how do we work around that? 🤔Please and thank you !! I know it is not official claiming day for a few hours yet, but I will be sleeping. lol I am just so excited for the new year!! woot woot!
Here is a preview of what I am calling Knoxhall. I am tweaking and trying to decide if I want a pool. I kind of like that there is so much green space. people can always add things as they play. Right now, it is a 5bed/3.5 bath with attic. I also did a bit of a butler pantry/hall section... you'll see. this is the second try. I have a major issue with doing CFE cheat. I did one 60% and it just didn't feel right. I saved it and then started over with this one and it felt much better.
@fatness1974 , I just placed Sugary Bites & Dark D'Lights. Like others have said, such a creative name! The build fits in nicely with the others nearby and it’s great to have the different styles of the bakery and lounge. I too really like your use and colours of the Storybook counters. Another fun lot for our sims to visit. Link added to page 1. Well done!
