Are there any tiny apartments? All these apartments look gigantic. Beautiful, but rather large.
One thing with the size is you can always wall off part of it and not use it- making a smaller studio look.
This is what I do.
My Sim's apartment in the Spice District - 2a Jasmine Suites to be exact. I moved the family living there into the apartment across the hall, so they pop over occasionally.
@Ceres_Meiriona, I saw in another post where you listed your room builds for the Culpepper apartment. Been searching and can't find it. Could you please direct me to that post? Thanks!

There's a few that are one bedroom, one bath! One in the art district apartments (the name is escaping me atm) that is occupied by a single male sim is a small size in my opinion!
I renovated the 'needs tlc' apartment in the culpepper building (can't remember which one) and made it a lot more homely. Went from a two bedroom to a one bedroom and opened up the kitchen. I plan on renovating the landgrab apartment sometime tonight but I want to play my sims more first. ^^

here is Gerry apartment, well more like a bedsit, this is after the rebuild.
I'm wanting to get him married and have kids, but those other apartments look huge. and this one is too small.
this flat is in the painters district.
Oooh, can't wait to get City Living! I always loved living in an apartment, it feels so special!
But I do have a question about neighbors though. Can you move in several households in one building? Like filling up the apartments with your own sims? I'd like to move in my simself in an apartment and then move in a friend of mine next door.
I redid the large, three bedroom apartment in Culpepper overlooking the plaza as a two bedroom. I love the view of the bridge from this unit. I've also nearly finished the unit in this building with the balcony. Been working on a couple of Penthouses as well but not finished there yet either.

There are a few small one bedroom/one bath apartments mostly in the Spice District, but they will have lots traits so pick carefully.
Their first apartment was in the Fashion District. Don't remember what its called - the same building that the Karaoke Legends live in
I moved them out pretty quickly because it just felt too claustrophobic. They're in the Art District now and much happier

Oh you're so welcome! I think my favorite aspect of TS4 is build/buy mode so I was really looking forward to this aspect.
Yes you can save and place rooms and apartments from the gallery. I just installed all of Cere's rooms for Culpepper.
Nice remodel!

Here's mine. I copied AndreaTheHero's idea for culpepper.
The balcony. I had the bird feeder on it but I couldn't add bird food because it wasn't outside.

Love what you did! Really loving everyone's designs
>>My build showcase thread<< and my newest creation Modern Celebrity Mansion, 1 Torendi Tower Penthouse, Sea Breeze Animal Clinic, and many more!
