Thank you @egandre. That is an old save, don't know if I have that chair anymore. She went on to have 3 more children, only one of the pregnancies, the last one was a breeze, Selena was sick during the other ones.
Nothing to see. I don't even care about the forums.
Love the pictures! I really hope we can adjust length of pregnancy at some point. I need it to last at least a week!
Can adjust the length of the pregnancies with MCC, or maybe it's the mc_woohoo mod! It's the only mod I use because I'm terrified of crashing my game, but it's been pretty bug free for me, so if you're not familiar, check it out.
I was trying to find the mod I use to extend pregnancies, I have MC but I've never used it for the extended pregnancies. I play normal but wanted my sims pregnancies extended to 4 days (I had to edit a line in it) and love it.
I'm trying to post screenshots, and it's not working. Is there some secret to doing so that's eluding me?
You need to upload your pictures to an image sharing website, and then copy their image link, some websites like imgur have the

code already, but you can just copy the link to the image and paste it into the little box above your post before you post it that looks like a little paper icon with a folded corner, and when you hover over it it says Attach image/file
This is a great thread! I'd like to participate, but right now I don't have any sims pregnant in my game. But would you mind if I barrow this thread topic and post it in the Sims 3 area? Pregnant sims are always great no matter which game you're playing them in!
My sim, Lola, got pregnant by Don Lothario. He cheated on her and she broke up with him. Right after that she found out she was pregnant. Don was nowhere to be seen during her pregnancy.

If you are interested, in one of my other threads I have a "challenge" (for lack of a better word)... Everyone on the thread plays the same family and shares stories/pictures about what happened with that sim.
My sims always miscarry, I think I have a glitch with my game mods. Every time they get pregnant the baby moodlet vanishes after a day.
The only mod I have is MCC and there are times I would get a notification saying that "so and so is pregnant" and I would actually see the baby bump and all then a few days later, for the delivery notification it would say, " so and so gave birth to 0 babies." And I would be super shocked, but amazed at how much realism it adds to the game.
Sadly and unfortunately, miscarriages do happen in real life and to see it happen in ts4, just makes it even more of a life simulator. I don't think they get the sad moodlet though.

Second trimester... I really hope they aren't having multiples!
And here's one with a photo of her in 1st trimester in the bg.
I'm sorry I didn't take a pic, but my Sim was petite and her tummy was almost as big as your sim. She ended up having twins
