If you are interested, in one of my other threads I have a "challenge" (for lack of a better word)... Everyone on the thread plays the same family and shares stories/pictures about what happened with that sim.
I've always wanted to try this! I'll definitely check out that thread, and would want to participate in the future right at the start of something like that.
this is the largest bump I've seen from my sim of my 100 Baby Challenge, it gets bigger every pregnancy and I can't imagine what it will look like once she is finished with children...

Here's my newest baby bump. Thankfully her now EX-husband finally saw the light and left her. This is her 3rd child with her neighbor after all.
Have been playing since the release.

Thanks! She has 2 girls already. They're still children in the game, but I aged them up in CAS and they do turn out adorable - they look exactly alike (except one is blonde like her dad and the other has her black hair) and aren't twins.

I wish that miscarriage was an option. Death is an option and that is part of it. I lost my baby (in real life) to miscarriage last year and I think playing through it in the game would have been therapeutic. I believe there was a mod in sims 3 that did it, but I can't remember.

Ok so this first family is a bit.....unconventional and complicated. The blonde female sim is actually Summer Holiday and I gave her a makeover . The brunette sim is named Lilly and they are both pregnant by the same male sim who lives with them. The two women are only 2 days apart in their pregnancy and they all decided to try and get along for the sake of the kids. Lilly and Summer do care for eachother, but that doesn't mean they don't get jealous when the male sim shows either of them one on one attention. Here they both are, they are both in their first trimester and you can see how different their bellies look . The girls bonding over their bumps
When Justin got home from work and greeted Lilly with a kiss Summer was so hurt.
Lilly tried to comfort a sobbing Summer
Lilly approached Justin and said that he should be more careful and considerate of everyones feelings.
Lilly finally goes into labor and isn't pleased with Justin's indifference.....
After Lilly's baby is born Summer has a panic attack because she knows she is next and Lilly consoles her.
Summer's baby is finally born and it finally hits Justin....."can't you just put it back in?"

A very pregnant passionate kiss
Same sim at work, the doctor was mocking her while she was in labor and her best friend Zoe stepped in to put him in his place.
Although you can't see her belly, this sim had just found out she was pregnant so they went for a stroll in the snow to celebrate .
And finally, this sim is one of my favs. She was pregnant and in her first trimester (look how tiny her bump is) and he proposed in one of the most beautiful proposal spots ever.
