1230 Meadow Lane is a very nice farmhouse home! Very nice roofing! The front porch is nice for Sims to enjoy sitting on the seats there watching sims pass by their home. The flower cart on the porch and the bird bath in the front yard is a nice touch. The white picket fencing and the flowers along it and along the edges of the home look very pretty! Very nice above ground pool and outdoors living patio! Sims will enjoy swimming or relaxing on the loungers or chairs poolside. Nice nook areas for Sims to enjoy growing plants in the gardening boxes, enjoy cooking on the bbq and dining outdoors in the air, painting on the easel or have fun playing chess. Very nice layout of the interior. It is great that there is a garage, where Sims can enjoy using the fitness equipment to keep fit, and an attached office room to the garage . They will have fun playing basketball.

1231 Highland Avenue is a very nice modern home! The design and layout of the exterior of the building looks very stylish great! Very nice water fountain feature is the front area and the chequered lawn looks great! The flowers and trees look pretty on the side areas of the build. Very nice plants and flowers balconies! The design of the pool and outdoors dining patio is very nice! It looks great the way that the outdoors dining table area goes into the pool, and that there are loungers on the other side of the pool for Sims to sit and relax on, Sims will enjoy cooking and dining outdoors there. The plants look very natural and calming. The glass roofing is a nice touch. Very nice layout of the interior.

The makeover of Bedlington Boathouse looks very nice! The changes to both the exterior and the layout and furnishing of the interior looks very nice! It was great that you posted the before and after pictures, to show the changes made. The change to the dormers looks nice. It looks nice the way that the upper level has now been separated into a bedroom and bathroom, and it looks more light filled. The blue and white colour scheme is very nice. Very nice furnishing of the living, dining and kitchen areas! The type of dining chairs used looks homely and nice, and the dog sculpture is a great touch on the table. Very nice sofa and armchairs sitting area for resting and chatting after a meal. The sofas seat sitting area in the living room is very nice for Sims to enjoy warming up near the fire. They will have fun playing chess at the chess table or enjoy playing the guitar. It is great that there is an island stove and bar stool counter in the kitchen .

Very nice Mid Century Modern design of 108 Centennial Lane The lavender and white flowers look homely along the fencing and front edges of the home. It is great that there is a detached garage and a car port. The design and furnishing of the outdoors areas is very nice! It is nice that there is a stepping stones pathway through the side areal. Very nice firepit nook, for Sims to enjoy sitting around the fire keeping warm. Nice gardening nook for Sims to enjoy growing plants in the gardening boxes. Very nice pool and outdoors living patio! Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool, or resting poolside on the loungers , or chatting together on the seats in the outdoors air. They will enjoy painting on the easel in the sunshine and have fun playing chess. The dining table area is very nice for Sims to enjoy eating meals outdoors. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior! The open plan layout of living, dining and kitchen area is very nice. It is great that the Lin Z speaker is in the home. Very nice light filled windows dining nook! Sims will enjoy eating meals there with sunshine coming in through the windows.

It is great that there is a detached garage and enlarged car in the driveway. Sims will enjoy doing woodworking on the woodwork table and keep fit using the fitness equipment there. Very nice furnishing and open plan layout of the interior. The white kitchen wall texture gives a nice light feel and look to the cooking and dining area. Very nice sofa and armchairs sitting nook area in the living room for chatting, watching tv and listening to stereo music. The leadlight light on the table is pretty! The scenic wall picture is calming for Sims to see when sitting there and they will enjoy the nice aroma of the incense.

The hedge fence edged outdoors living and pool patio is very nice! Sims will enjoy relaxing poolside on the loungers in the sunshine. Very special area with the chequered green lawn, and the white flowers on the edges of the water fountains feature! The design of the back patio outdoors kitchen, dining and hot tub patio is very nice! The white colour scheme and layout of the patio looks great! Very nice white trellis roof hot tub nook! Sims will enjoy relaxing in the hot tub. The large outdoors kitchen, and then bar stool and work kitchen counter looks great! Sims will enjoy cooking and dining outdoors there. Sims will enjoy painting on the easel in the outside air. Very nice layout of the interior! The modern furnishing of the rooms and areas looks very nice. Very nice green, orange and natural colour scheme of the home. The two storey open living room area is very nice! Sims will enjoy relaxing on the sofas there keeping warm near the fireplace The octogonal coffee table, water feature window and candles on the table looks very nice there. It looks very nice that there is an upper level balcony loft tv and reading nook! Sims will enjoy resting there reading a book and watching tv, and looking over the railing to see the lower level. Very nice gym room for Sims to enjoy using the fitness equipment to keep fit. The green colour of the walls looks very nice.

Nauti-Buoy is such a very creatively designed luxury Yacht build! The exterior design of the yacht looks very great! It is a very detailed build, both in the exterior design, the outdoors areas and the features and layout of the interior! The engine room looks great! There are lots of small and big details, like having the ship steering wheel as the Captain is sentimental, and three fishing spots with one having a row boat, and the catch of the day food stall. The flags and satellite dishes look great on the roofing. The night time pictures of the yacht looks great!
It was great going on a tour of the yacht , looking at the pictures and reading the accompanying descriptions! You have post so much work into the build! It looks great!
129 Victoria Street is a very nice Victorian style home The exterior design of the home is very nice! The dormers and the tower like design area look great! Very nice backyard outdoors area. The flowers look very pretty! It is a very nice area for Sims to enjoy doing painting on the easel, or have fun playing chess. They will enjoy watching the bird feeding on the seed feeder whilst sitting at the picnic table enjoying eating meals they have cooked on the bbq . Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The living room is a very warming and homely looking room for Sims to enjoy relaxing on the sofa and armchairs watching tv , reading books and chatting. The pretty red flowers placed either sides of the clock on the fireplace ledge and the lead lighting lamp on the table are nice home touches .
