Country Charm is a very pretty and homely home ! Very nice exterior design of the home. The layout of the build looks great, with the separate garage. Sims will enjoy doing woodworking there . The carport is great and very nice sitting areas on the front porch for Sims to enjoy resting there watching other sims pass by. The flowers look very nice on the edges of the front porch, and the birdbath is a nice touch. Very nice back patio pool area, for Sims to enjoy swimming or resting on the loungers. The layout and furnishing of the interior is very nice.

Casas Del Oro Norte is for financially challenged Sims. With modern homes and facilities to help them get back on their feet. There are plenty of shade trees to help protect from the desert sun. There are 3 homes, each 1 bedroom, 1 bath.
The exterior design of the homes and the layout of Casas Del Oro Norte is very nice! The extended roofing looks great! The plants along the front edges of the build and the shady trees through the outdoors areas due to it being the Desert is very nice. The furnishing and layout of each unit to suit the challenge looks great ! It is great that there is a chess table on the outdoors porch with one of the units for Sims to have fun playing chess and build logic. Sims will enjoy doing painting on the easel in the outdoors air on the porch of other unit, and enjoy playing the guitar in another of the units. It is nice that there is bookcase in each of the units for Sims to enjoy reading books. It is great that there is a toddlers bed in unit 3 . The lavender colour scheme of unit 2 looks pretty! Very nice community garden area for Sims to enjoy growing and harvesting plants. Kids will have fun on the slide and monkey bars and playing with the toy chest. Very nice outdoor bbq and picnic tables dining nook. Sims will enjoy cooking and dining together there.

1207 Midas Way is a very nice modern celebrity home! The exterior design and the layout of the home is very nice! The white colour scheme looks very effective. The patio areas on each level area of the build look very great! Very nice upper patio for Sims to enjoy sitting on the stools there having a drink from the bar, have fun playing card table games, chess or foosball, keep fit using the treadmill or enjoy relaxing on the sofas . They will enjoy quietly doing yoga or meditating on the stool. Very nice outdoors living , dining and pool patio! Sims will enjoy dining at the table in the outdoors air or swimming in the pool. Very nice sunken patio areas for Sims to enjoy relaxing in the hot tub, keep warm around the firepit, and have fun dancing to the dj booth music. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The living room is very nice for Sims to enjoy resting on the sofas and watch tv on the large tv screen, play console games, or listen to radio music. The flowers are nice touches there, and the incense will be a nice aroma to fill the room. They will enjoy playing the piano or listening to the music being played . Very nice open plan kitchen dining room area! The design of it is very nice! It looks very nice and light filled, for Sims to enjoy cooking meals and dining there with sunlight coming in through the windows. The bedroom is very nice.

Fantastic creations since I was last here and I am in awe with your roof structures for 1128 Standard Drive and Casas Del Oro Norte, very unique. Country Charm is most certainly a fav, a wonderful classic with lots of beauty
The Kringle Abode features a country farmhouse, garage, greenhouse, a fishing/swimming hole with soothing waterfall, an apple orchard and a refurbished barn with stables and workshop.
Kringle Abode is a very nice Christmas themed home for Santa! The exterior design of the home and red coloured barn is very nice! The garlands are a pretty, festive touch on the exterior walls of the home. The wreath and white lights are a nice touch on the garage. The snowman is cute near the entrance, welcoming Sims to the home! The white picket fencing and flowers along the edge of it is homely and nice. Very nice outdoors areas! Very nice swimmable pond, outdoor dining area,hot tub nook, and apple orchard areas! It is great that there is an outdoors laundry area. Very nice festive furnishing of the interior areas of the build! The red, green and blue colour scheme looks very nice. It is such a very detailed build so I can’t write about all the great features but have been enjoying looking at the pictures and reading the descriptions! You are very creative! It is not good that Santa is not using the fitness equipment and so cobwebs have appeared! It is very kind and caring of Mrs Claus to want to have a greenhouse so as there are carrots, potatoes and spinach all year around for the reindeers! There are many apple trees in the fruit orchard that have apples for the reindeers to enjoy eating! It is also very good that there are cabinets containing medicine for sick reindeers and vitamins to keep them well! Santa does have a lot of letters on his desk to read! There are so many books in the bookcase that are filled with the deeds of Sims all over the world! The toy workshop is great! There are so many toys there! They will make many sims children very happy! It is great that there are woodwork tables there to use for making the toys, welding and painting.
All of the build is very festively and creatively great!
The trailer design of the home looks great! You have designed it well! The awnings over the front windows look great and the pink flamingos are a nice touch. Sims will have fun playing horseshoes, and enjoy cooking on the bbq and eating their food on the picnic table in the outdoors air. The camping seats suits the build type well. The wind chimes are a nice touch. The layout of the interior looks great!

A Sonoran Christmas is a very nice festive desert home ! Very nice exterior design of the home. The pegs on the exterior wall look great, and very nice trellis covered front porch for Sims to enjoy sitting outdoors in the air. The Christmas wreath and garlands on the porch wall are nice festive touches. The large cactus plant looks great in the front yard! The candles are pretty lining the edges of the front pathway, and the candles on the porch wall look nice. Nice outdoors bbq dining area on the back porch. Kids will have fun playing on the monkey bars. The landscaping work reflects the desert world very well. Very nice open plan layout of the living, dining and kitchen areas. The Christmas tree and presents are festively pretty and nice for Sims to see whilst sitting resting on the sofas or enjoying eating a meal at the dining table. The new patch items look great on the walls and dining table.

1221 5th Street is a very nice family home! Very nice exterior design of the home. The white flowers on the edges of the front corner of the home look pretty. It is nice that there is a back patio outdoors bbq and dining area. Very nice open plan layout of the living, dining and kitchen area. It is great that there is a laundry nook.
