I was a little disappointed that neither Shannon nor Mikezumi tried to interact with Glyn, but it could have been because he was playing inside the toy box. He will be a child in one sim day so he will have plenty of time to get to know his grandparents.

I thought she was a witch but on closer inspection it has been revealed she's a mere human.
Her name is Gertie Greene.
A family friend of Gertie's Great Grandmother died recently and left Gertie her home and the job of taking care of her 17 cats. Her benefactor's name was Gertie McFluff.
Yes, Gertie was named after an elderly family friend.
Gertie has enough money to manage for a little while, but she will need to work hard to maintain the home and all 17 cats.
Gertie's traits are: Genius, Animal Lover, Rebellious, Adventurous and Supernatural Fan. Her Lifetime Wish is to be an Alchemy Artisan.
Gertie rides a motorcycle.
The fact that she's a genius means she is good at coming up with solutions to problems.
She is an animal lover so she will try hard to do her best to keep all of the cats happy and healthy.
Her rebellious streak will lead her to look into unusual places to help her cope with her current cat problem.
She's adventurous and will happily go the extra mile to search for interesting and different solutions or at least have some good adventures along the way.
Finally, Gertie is a supernatural fan - she simply loves the supernatural. Her old friend had been a witch who had collected her cats from various places over the years. Most of the current batch of cats are young and can be expected to live for a long time to come.

Nikkei Simmer: 5:00 AM saw Noel up before the rest of us. Well it was because he had to go to work early in the morning at DooPeas Tower. The rest of us were zonked out tired. But since he was up first thing in the morning, according to the note he left, he fed the chickens and got in an argument with Charles the Evil Chicken. That blasted bird will be first up on the deepfryer if he doesn't smarten up. Eddy got up next and headed off to the bookstore preplan the route there to ensure that he would be on-time for his first shift at Divisadero Eddy Mullis: Being a vegetarian means I don't eat any meat. So I opted to do my grocery shopping while I was out there so that I could get my own cooking done. I shouldn't expect the guys to cook what I want to eat. And it also helped that Phil was done looking through the cooking book so that I could grab it and read. After all I don't want to cause any fires. When I walked back into the house NS was standing in the middle of the kitchen with a somewhat dazed look on his face. Had to remind him that he had a frying pan on the stove. Yeah, he's had that absent minded trait since Uni. "Dude...you cookin...?" Nikkei Simmer: "Oh...****!" Eddy Mullis: Like old times... ...when I got finished making my Autumn Salad, Noel (at least that's what I think he said he was) came out to grab something from the fridge. Evidently he works in business and he's a no-nonsense stick up butt kinda guy. I think I'm just gonna leave him be. He tends to be a loner just like me and doesn't socialize much. I get to bunk with Phil. It almost feels like the Dorm at Sims U. Oh, we had a blast there... Heather Lee: Well, managed to make §1100 simoleons today, finished two paintings and sold both of them. That brought in more than enough to pay off the bill which was only around §160.00. At least the bank account balance is going higher and not downwards. Though we're hoping that we get in about §50,000 in the bank account before we put in another level onto this house. Noel Allan: I had finished both Level 1-3 Skill books in Logic and in Charisma so I needed to pick up the next two books in those skills. Glyn rolled a wish to become friends with someone. I saw that Alec was at the park with his mother, Lotta. I sent Glyn to play peek-a-boo with him. While they played, he went from acquaintance to best friend! That is one powerful interaction! Although Alec is one day older than Glyn he didn't get to miss the baby stage like Glyn did. Glyn will get the baby days added to his child stage so it all balances out in the end.
When I checked back on the house, I found Eddy drinking tea Because the tablecloth was blinding when I found Zumi earlier, I recoloured it

It's a lot of work and I still have the boardwalk and dive lots to do, but I have jump in and start playing because I am worried about lag.
This world is really big.
The town is nicely divided up in sections.
This area is my dirt port starter home district. The movie studio and criminal career rabbit holes are also here.
There are some abandoned properties and the junk yard is back here too.

There is a boardwalk west of downtown.
I have my casino here already. I need to figure out what I am going to do for an entertainment area here. Inland, I have a Bistro rabbit-hole, resort, future technology shopping mall, salon, plumbot shop, a lounge, and dance club. So yeah, entertainment and shopping.
This world seems to be very friendly with Island Paradise. There are several dive lots, houseboat docks, and beaches.
I will probably play out my Ocean Sciences scenario again on the good ship Salecia.
I have about 5 apartment skyscrapers, but I will not use them. I prefer my custom apartment buildings.
These are just for looks and immersion.
I'm adding little spaces to add a little more interest.
Way out in the boonies are perfect locations and surroundings for a few farms and horse ranches.
Way over here is a military base.
I added my science rabbit hole with its complimentary interactive science building.
This town is getting all my favorite homes and community lots.
This is the first time I have been able to place so many of my mansion in the same area.
Ravenloft Castle remains isolated though.
Now all I need to do is put in Sims.
Cairo and Melonie are the first arrivals.
I will be adding sims who have been in the sim bin since forever, and also favorite sims from the various worlds.
This place feels like my ultimate simming experience.
There are so many ways to play it.

Used up the last day of my PSE15 Trial so I've finally caved and am putting my Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 (purchased) on the laptop...which will suffice until I get my desktop computer fixed...THEN I can uninstall this copy and revert back to the install on my desktop.
I think I may also put Premiere Elements 14 too on there. So maybe look for some non-narrated video clips on my NikkeiSimmer Youtube. I'm not going whole-hog onto this Youtube thing. I'm too old to start a new career as a Youtuber.

Yeah, generally when I renovate the other houses, I do quick work of it, not worrying too much about style haha. Some are harder than others to add on to, though, without ruining the current architecture, hence why I am looking now to just switch some families around.

Yeah, generally when I renovate the other houses, I do quick work of it, not worrying too much about style haha. Some are harder than others to add on to, though, without ruining the current architecture, hence why I am looking now to just switch some families around.
