Note: 30 Tiles because the side rooms do not have ceilings but have nice glass roof. I tried to keep the price down its well under 26k and it has very good fridge and stove, computer and the stall outside with waffle maker. This would make a nice little Rental home in the countryside.

Thanks very much @GalacticGal as I always say 'Im just having Fun' I used to be rubbish at gardens but I keep trying to get better at it and roofing still can be difficult if a build is odd shapes Lol, I will always learn new things with this game Thanks for the compliments it makes my day.

I finally finished my Modern Neighborhood in San Sequoia!ποΈπ‘π Residential Rental!
There are three units on a 50x40 lot Robles Point. 3-4 bedrooms, baths and common space, laundry, pool and more.

Ready For Rent!
Unfortunately, beautiful Tomarang World is very glitchy right now. However, I do use the build objects & decor for my other builds in my older Worlds. I've noticed the objects goes perfectly with my Courtyard Oasis Kit. It's so pretty. I've actually made a home that I call Ancient Oasis in Winter. I saved it under my username SEREFRAS if any simmer wants to check it out. Also, I have quite a few more new builds also saved in the Gallery. I just can't seem to remember them right now because I currently have "Medieval Castle Brain". Yup, that's what I'm calling it. I'm getting a bit giddy with an upcoming Kit that's being released this month. I haven't been this excited since Horses.
Jack felt good after doing yoga and meditating with Ji Ho. He went over to Jeb's shop because he had an idea. But poor Jeb was finally sleeping after working the whole night through.
Since Jack never knows how long he can work until the pain comes back, he grabbed a few of the herbs Jeb and Ji Ho collected and left again.
And later, when Jeb was awake, rummaging around in the garage, he called him over.
Jeb: "Omg, Jack! A greenhouse!"

Between the garage and the restaurant, Jack had managed to build a little greenhouse and beds for the outdoor plants!
And Arturo seems to have gifted them one of the saplings from the tree
Jeb: "That's awesome! I can grow my Otherworlds plants here and the few ones I have left from the Muggle World!"
Jack: "I already started and potted them ^^' "
Jeb: "That's perfect. I don't know what to say."
Jack: "No need to ^^ I also grow my nectar plants here, see?"

Jack: "And there's a planting station and a sink, pots, earth, fertilizer..."
Jeb: "Thank you, Jack. Really. I'm having a really hard time with this whole 'Bird' thing and keeping me busy and distracted helps me to get out of my head."
Jack: "Yeah. Same for me."
And they have a little shady place for their breaks.
Thought I'd continue my Residential Rental for every world project.
Tartosa build completed!
For this one, I thought about a beautiful flower filled courtyard. Thus I not only did that, but I also built it in Tartosa as I felt that such gardens are romantic.
This adds 6-8 units to my collection! Yes, this one I've also made with Large and Medium version! So if you want more, you get the basement units too. If you want less, the basement units will be gone.

This is the apartment my current couple are living in:
It is fairly small and has combined kitchen/living area, bathroom and bedroom.
I love the view from their bedroom window:
The shared area has a pool with a laundry/boiler room:
Also, a couple of the apartments are basically just a bedroom with no facilities, so there is a shared kitchen and bathrooms:
I only just got to play in Tomarang, such a gorgeous world!
