How much RAM do you have on your computer? 4GB of RAM is the minimum requirement. 8GB of RAM is better. Error code 12 is a memory error and it's a royal pain in the neck. I've been using those for awhile too. Make sure you aren't looking for them with all the other gift cards. Look for them in the electronics department if you are looking at Walmart. I'm not sure about the other stores. Good luck to you!

They won't trash it if they have the Loves the Outdoors trait either. My Sim got a lot of other Sims mad at her when she asked them to trash it.

@Elena_Noel, be careful using the 'W' mod from Nraas! It hasn't been updated yet! Neither has Story Progression. SP seems to mostly work okay, but I have had some borked Plumbots because of it. :)
